I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

This cars reliability blows me away, I’ve had it for 4 years now and used to drive from hood river to Portland like twice a week with it, so I threw a good 75k miles, driven very hard on it with zero problems other than regular maintenance. Just had to replace my brakes and serpentine belt at 73k

Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

We chose the 2015 as a CPO because the base model cane with the navigation, quick charge package, and higher charge rate std, which is an upgrade after 2016. Limestone grey is a great color, and many of the best colors were discontinued after 2016. Great simple fun car and affordable in the 14-16k range cpo.

I purchased a used vehicle from the Hyundai dealership which I am happy with and was a stress free process. Less than a week after the purchase I had a problem with the windshield. I drive around town most days and love the idea of not using as much gas. I drive older volvo's that I love for many reasons but they are aging and certainly not good on gas. I like the idea of full EV cars but the cost is very high and range for me (I take a lot of 200-300 mile road trips) makes it more complicated along with the expense of charging stations or installing upgraded home chargers. I bought a used Volt with 50k miles and it honestly is a pretty awesome car. I can drive around town almost purely on electric, just plug in at night to a standard outlet. And barring me going on a road trip a tank of gas a month maybe less. (8 gallons to fill up!!!!) I love the heated seats and wheel. The interior layout is great and its a very quiet car. It's quick around town and holds its own on the freeway. Are the seats volvo comfortable? NO, but they aren't bad at all in the leather premier trim. Is the back seat huge not really but if you are less than 6' it should be fine. The bose sound system is GREAT. All the safety features are nice. Back up camera, front and rear sensors, lane keep, adaptive cruise, etc.... It took a week or so to get used to how to drive it in EV and maximize my range. I can now get around 55-60 miles in town. I would say to read the manual for sure, the climate controls are situated to save electricity so there is no A/C on or off button and I had to read up on how it works. I got the hang of it once I took the time to understand what did what. The Chevy Volt forum is a wealth of knowledge as well, and that really made it easy to learn how the car works. Apart from slight learning curve it is an excellent car you can easily run in EV only if it suits your situation. Long trips are no problem I can get 42 mpg on the freeway usually and no down time to charge at stations along the way. This is a great car to bridge the gap between full gas and full electric and given the price to purchase it almost makes sense not to own one. I LOVE IT.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. Lets start by saying we had been looking for just the right vehicle for over 90 days. We had visited many dealerships and found a few that we liked until they started talking about their charges and all there ad on pricing. Then it took a vehicle from value to "xxxx no"....We seen a vehicle at Trade Guru online so we decided to run to Venice and take a look. We were greeted by Brandon , he was very busy at the time and knowledgeable of the location of the vehicle. He directed us to the vehicle and said it was unlocked and feel free to take a look and he would catch up with us as soon as he finnished up. We proceeded to the area he directed. We looked at the vehicle and as we looked around we noticed another vehicle we liked even more. We proceeded back to ask more info on this vehicle. We met Brandon on the way told him we changed our mind on which vehicle we were interested in, He took us into the office and sent a porter after the vehicle and make sure it had fuel. We then hopped in and took it for a ride. The vehicle turned out to be right for us. Now for the big question .....what are the fees ? I ask Please no xxxxxxxx We need honest numbers here we have heard it all. I get it you need to get paid you guys need to keep the lights on here we get it just be straight up. Brandon replied $699 + the tax and do you need a plate or transfer a plate? He was totally straight no hidden xxxxxxxx. We needed to go home and think about it. We slept on it and I text Brandon and said I was contacting the credit union and we wanted the vehicle. He took it off the market and just wanted me to keep him in the loop on when we had everything ready. After the credit union had everything ready I text him and said we would like to sign. He was off that day but would come in so we could close the deal. We met him at the a lotted time and commenced paperwork. On my end someone at the credit union goofed up some paperwork and it took longer than usual to complete this deal mind you it was Brandons day off. He was still extremally friendly and professional. I really don't understand how there are bad reviews about this bossiness. They were upfront with fees not a single hidden fee. The salesman came in on his day off and if anyone says because he wanted his commission, I get that but his commission at that price is not all that high. I think the people that are giving bad reviews are people that will complain about anything. The vehicles at this lot are what they are and the prices are very fair and fees are transparent. If you want a dealer with all the bells and whistles and 50 different banks to lend you money then by all means go for the big fancy dealer. But if you want a no xxxxxxxx experience then visit Brandon or Larry at Trade Guru.

I love the car. Bought it new. 104K miles. Super reliable. Only downside is a/c can be troublesome and mileage is subpar for being so small. I only get 23/23 mpg in normal commuting. Very fun to drive. Tons of space. Very nimble.

Ok so don't let the miles or lack of engin noise scare you and you'll be fine! Electric vehicles are different from a 2015 chevy spark that cost $300 per tire, $70 oil change and $15 gas in week to $3-5 to fill up if want to pay at walmart. Charges from normal 110v socket over night. Its a trade higher insurance avg 23% and plate cost vs oil and gas costs. It should balance out plus way more fun to drive knowing gas is not a factor and your wall plug is always in trunk!

I live in Minnesota but saw my ultimate truck listed on line at Sarasota Ford . Purchasing a vehicle 1,800 miles away is not easy. You can’t go see the vehicle and test drive it but my sales person, Mathew Smith, made it a smooth process. We communicated via phone and text numerous times. Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

I own the 2011 Impreza Outback Sport. Can't say enough great things about this car. Over the past 10 years I have put 155,000 miles on it and it's still my every day vehicle. The biggest issue I've ever had with it was I had to replace the fuel pump around 120k. It's great in the snow, it handles very well overall, and I know it's safe to drive thanks to Subaru's 5 star crash rating.

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.
