I worked with Gloria at Jeffrey Honda when trying to by a new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Gloria was very attentive, explained all the accessories, patient, and always followed up with me to see what I was thinking. I came to the showroom to see her three times and she was never one of those pushy car sales reps to get me to close that day. Of course on the dealer side, management may not like that. But on the consumer side, I felt I was able to come to her with any questions and not be anxious on making immediate decisions. Unfortunately, when I thought I was ready to close on a deal, family issues caused me not to get a car at that time. However, I will remember the customer service that was provided by Gloria, and will recommend Jeffrey Honda to family/friends/colleagues, so that they too can enjoy the experience of car shopping. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Gabrielle “Gabi” was absolutely amazing!! I was a very challenging customer, changed my mind on three vehicles, my last change was after the paperwork was completed. She didn’t hesitate to accommodate my requests and was a great pleasure to deal with. The entire staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. Honestly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I’d go with Gabi! I certainly will purchase from them again.

Excellent car! I have own several sports cars in my life. This is the best ever vehicle that I have ever own. The technology and the performance it is the best in its class. After using its ludicrous speed. I was immidiatly sold.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

Hey people if you're looking for a new car, try wixom motors just ask for Dino I got the car that I wanted the staff was very courtesy and helpful, They made me feel comfortable I would recommend if you're looking for a vehicle they have them all so try them out and don't forget to ask for Dino he is very upfront and you can ask him anything, I will definitely purchase here again

Walked in knowing we wanted a 2019 Ridgeline. We talked to Dean and worked on some numbers and he gave us a good amount for our trade in. And drove the truck home the same day.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

I bought a 2015 with over 100K miles on it. I love the interior and the handling, and the utility of having a 3 series BMW with a hatchback. There's loads of room in the back seat and in the trunk area. I wish I could update the tech - it's based off v3.0 of wireless, so most of the built-in tech does not work. The car was well cared for, so I hope I can get through a few happy years of ownership without the notorious large BMW repair bills...

The Buick Regal Sportback is a German-built Opel Insignia re-badged as a Buick and imported to the US. Ours has the torque-vectoring AWD system and all the options available (sunfoof, adaptive cruise, nav, bose, etc.). We wanted the 'sportback' design and test-drove all the others (VW, etc.). The Opel/Buick had the least turbo-lag of any of them, and this particular comparison was not even close. Yes, the FWD versions are even quicker and get better gas mileage, but the tourque-vectoring AWD is a driving experience you won't ever forget. We LOVE this car!

But mostly it was a good experience because they were honest with me. I did not end up purchasing from them yet, however, I would trust them in the future if I wanted to purchase a car.
