I worked with Gloria at Jeffrey Honda when trying to by a new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Gloria was very attentive, explained all the accessories, patient, and always followed up with me to see what I was thinking. I came to the showroom to see her three times and she was never one of those pushy car sales reps to get me to close that day. Of course on the dealer side, management may not like that. But on the consumer side, I felt I was able to come to her with any questions and not be anxious on making immediate decisions. Unfortunately, when I thought I was ready to close on a deal, family issues caused me not to get a car at that time. However, I will remember the customer service that was provided by Gloria, and will recommend Jeffrey Honda to family/friends/colleagues, so that they too can enjoy the experience of car shopping. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Excellent performance, good practicality, comfortable enough to daily drive and it doesn’t call attention to itself like Mustang GT, Civic Type R, etc….nice under the radar vehicle.

Had mine since new 88,000 fun miles on it. superby reliable. Fantastic handling, comfort for long long long drive 6 hours, and great MPG...super quick, it really does everything excellently. Out of 17+ VWs since 1987 this is the best one yet...fun personified, tracks at speed perfectly, solid grip in all weather conditions. Solid, tight, really well done car. Interior layout is ergonomic excellence. of course 6 speed manual, it's best, control and in connection with the drive.

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.

The engine runs quietly. Can choose to use buttons and / or touchscreen for controls. Smooth steering and driving. Luxury materials. Bose speaker system. Great fuel economy.

I bought a 2015 with over 100K miles on it. I love the interior and the handling, and the utility of having a 3 series BMW with a hatchback. There's loads of room in the back seat and in the trunk area. I wish I could update the tech - it's based off v3.0 of wireless, so most of the built-in tech does not work. The car was well cared for, so I hope I can get through a few happy years of ownership without the notorious large BMW repair bills...

But mostly it was a good experience because they were honest with me. I did not end up purchasing from them yet, however, I would trust them in the future if I wanted to purchase a car.
