The Kia I purchased was the exterior color I wanted (dark interstellar gray exterior, with light gray interior) the Kia down the road had the interior blue seat color I wanted (but with a very light silver exterior, I didn't want a light exterior). I'm extremely happy to have compromised on that because I can't imagine buying a car from somebody else. I wish there are more words to describe how amazing the entire Gateway Kia team is. I hope this review exemplifies how outstanding my experience was with this dealership. Now, driving my brand-new Kia Sorento SX Prestige is an absolute dream! The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

I purchased a 2020 Chevy 2500HD I made the 4.5 hour drive down to PA to view the truck. Unfortunately, it had some issues that should have been caught in the check in process by the dealership. I could not drive it home in the condition it was in. The dealership did work with me to make it right after some push back on my end. I stayed the night they fixed the issue. They covered my hotel which was great and the truck has ran fine. I did get the extended warranty and will say working with John to customize the warranty did save me some money without sacrificing coverage. Jeremy was fair in his pricing and trade in value which I appreciated. That made the deal happen.

Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.
