I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Always a good experience with the service team. Service Rep. Luis Navarette was a great help. Professional and informative. I was having an electrical problem and he scanned my vehicle and located the problem. It was a screen and module that had gone bad. He made sure it was covered under warranty since I purchased a used car. He confirmed it and I paid for nothing. Great job

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

John was my salesman, Adam was the sales manager. I forget the name of the finance guy, but he was very nice too. This was one of the greatest dealer experiences I have ever had. First of all they have no dealer fee. The entire team went above and beyond. They all kept every single promise they made. John was very attentive to our needs. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

Aside from the poor positioning of the cupholders and zero ambient lighting, this car is amazing. I've only had it for a month, but it may be my favorite car that I've had. I knew nothing about Mazda and I bought the car online without seeing it first, but really have no regrets. The 12 speaker Bose soundsystem is amazing (which is why I bought it) and I've taken it on a 4,000 mile roadtrip and it was a lot of fun to drive. The "deep crystal blue" color is beautiful and the gas mileage is decent around the city but great on the highway. I'm averaging 320 miles to a tank in the city and 460 on the highway. All in all a great purchase.

Had service on my corvette the price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. I will bring my chevys there always no need to shop around. My service advisor was Sam as good as it gets.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). Mini is so fun to drive. I have the base model and you would never know it. It's sporty, fast, agile and looks super hot. I really love this car.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. We were in the market for a used car for our newly, 16 year old daughter. Kevin showed my daughter and I the car one afternoon and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and even gave us some great pointers on what to look for while we’re out looking at cars. I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!
