This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I worked with Gloria at Jeffrey Honda when trying to by a new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Gloria was very attentive, explained all the accessories, patient, and always followed up with me to see what I was thinking. I came to the showroom to see her three times and she was never one of those pushy car sales reps to get me to close that day. Of course on the dealer side, management may not like that. But on the consumer side, I felt I was able to come to her with any questions and not be anxious on making immediate decisions. Unfortunately, when I thought I was ready to close on a deal, family issues caused me not to get a car at that time. However, I will remember the customer service that was provided by Gloria, and will recommend Jeffrey Honda to family/friends/colleagues, so that they too can enjoy the experience of car shopping. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Walked in knowing we wanted a 2019 Ridgeline. We talked to Dean and worked on some numbers and he gave us a good amount for our trade in. And drove the truck home the same day.

I wanted four doors so I traded my 428 for this 440 gran coupe...it looks great, handles very nicely and with the inline six it really has some giddy up! The six while it of course isn’t quite as fuel efficient as the four, really sounds much more substantial and performs vastly better. I purchased a 2019 as I prefer not to buy brand new, but with 18k on it, the car feels brand new. Only had it a few weeks but I’m loving it!

Service center is always clean and comfortable with respectful staff. Sales team will work you to find the vehicle that fits best with your lifestyle and budget. I shopped around at a couple dealerships in 2022 when I bought my first subaru and the Troy was the first one to make me truly comfortable with the process. Even during the Trade Up process they made sure to keep me within my budget but still find me the crosstrek that I love.

This was my dream car. I waited a long time for an electric car and it was better than I hoped. I love how quiet it is, the instant acceleration, and hardly ever going to a gas station.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Took my car in for 2 service and 1 recall. Everyone very friendly. Service good, then not so good, then good again. Car was NOT clean when I picked it up any of the 3 times. I don’t understand that lapse in detail. I highly recommend you amend your service policy to include returning a clean car- both inside and out. Especially when there is a Jax car wash across the street! I did not purchase my Panamera from this dealership but in turn you’d think they’d be happy to keep my service requests as pure profit. I’ll give them one more try.

Bought it new. Taken several road trips with and no problems ever. I still own and drive it . Love the gas milage. I get 32 mpg around my town and upto 40mpg on open road. Cargo space is tricky. Only drawback is back seats will not flatten in order to extend cargo space.

But mostly it was a good experience because they were honest with me. I did not end up purchasing from them yet, however, I would trust them in the future if I wanted to purchase a car.

The Buick Regal Sportback is a German-built Opel Insignia re-badged as a Buick and imported to the US. Ours has the torque-vectoring AWD system and all the options available (sunfoof, adaptive cruise, nav, bose, etc.). We wanted the 'sportback' design and test-drove all the others (VW, etc.). The Opel/Buick had the least turbo-lag of any of them, and this particular comparison was not even close. Yes, the FWD versions are even quicker and get better gas mileage, but the tourque-vectoring AWD is a driving experience you won't ever forget. We LOVE this car!
