I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Tommy the lot attendant greeted me in a friendly manner, and helped me with a minor problem. We had a chuckle as well. Michelle greeted me warmly, addressed my concerns about a tire issue, escorted me to the lounge area, and said she would text me with updates. Lori and I had a nice chat before I settled into the lounge. Michelle came to get me to talk to the tech Adrien who reassured me about my tire concern. Everyone was professional, helpful, respectful of my concerns. I cannot imagine better service anywhere.

As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

What an incredible driving machine! When BMW remade the 535i GT into the 640i GT, they improved so many things that this vehicle now is the ultimate in luxury at a bargain price. Heated & AC Seats, Massaging Seats, Active Spoiler, Hydraulic Assist Hatchback, Semi-Autonomous Driving, Adaptive Cruise, iDrive Assist Automatic Parking, Collision Avoidance, 360° Camera, Gesture Contol, Voice Commands, BMW Intelligent Assistant, Apple’s Car Play, Real Time Traffic, BMW and SOS Emergency Response.

The entire transaction went very smoothly. They didn't try to change the deal on arrival. They scheduled the appointment and managed a timely transaction. The car was just as described.

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

I rented the polestar 2 for about a month while my car was getting fix wow mind blowing of all the furures and also visted the dealer as well and did some test driving and learning of thr car and pricing of the 2023 I will purchase one very soon. Only flaw is the electricity of the amount of money spent yes I did ran it hard a few times its a classic in a class by itself love it honestly.💯

I’ve only owned my ‘22 Polestar 2 for a couple of days but I’m totally impressed with the quality and performance. I have the Performance and Plus packages. It's hard to find cars with the Pilot package right now. The adjustable Ohlins dampers and 20” forged wheels make the ride a bit stiff, but the handling is stellar. I had the dealer dial them back to a moderate comfort setting and the ride and handling are sublime. I drove ALL competitors. On paper, this car is less efficient and has less real world range. It does have more than enough for my daily commute, which is the way I’ll be using it. I find it way more engaging to drive than the competition. Acceleration is scary fast--it leaves my Boxster S in the dust! The build quality and finish, especially with the optional leather and wood trim I selected, really make the car feel luxurious. For many it will come down to how well the Polestar 2 fits YOU, because it's fairly snug inside for a C class CUV/Sedan. It’s really a four place car. Rearward visibility isn’t the best in class. I was looking something with this size, form and function since I rarely drive with more than one front passenger and I don’t want a tall SUV or crossover. I DO need the excellent and accessible storage, though. The main appeal to me is how “normal” the car is to drive. You don't have to learn to wade though screen after screen to control commonly used features, as in the Tesla. The Android Automotive suite is the first of its type and is responsive and intuitive in daily use. The Polestar 2 is so easy to use that I felt at home almost immediately. This car has the best and most fluid one-pedal regenerative driving of all EV's I test-drove. With just a few minutes of practice I was able to drive without touching the brake pedal about 95% of the time. The accelerator pedal is like a rheostat, and you can gently modulate it to get just the right amount of regen to come to a smooth stop right where you want to. The bonus is having huge brake discs and 4 piston Brembo brakes if I ever need them. Regen braking puts energy back into the battery pack and is fun and easy to use...and SO smooth once you quickly get used to it. The Polestar 2 wasn’t designed to be super-efficient electric “appliance”. That’s more the point of cars like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (and no offense-it’s nice.) The 2 was clearly designed for people who love to drive and want the dynamics and form of a sports sedan along with the practicality of a CUV with power rear liftgate, in a package that feels just right for longtime sports sedan drivers. For people driving electric for the first time, the transition requires almost no learning curve. I guess I am their target buyer! There are a lot of great options out there and really, none of them are bad. But for my money the Polestar 2 is superbly made without a squeak or rattle to be heard and fit and finish would embarrass just about anything in the $50-$60K range. Reliability should be good since it's basically an electric Volvo. I think Polestar is an incredible value, especially when leased. Unlike Kia and Hyundai dealer I visited, there were no “dealer markups”! Right now, hugely subvented 61% residuals and .0006 (1.44%) money factors make it a no-brainer. You get a much better finished Tesla 3 Performance competitor for 33% less monthly payment. If you buy, the $7500 tax credit still applies and in Texas there is a new $2500 credit if you lease OR buy. With rapidly changing EV tech, I feel a 36 month lease is the way to go on most EVs right now. Technology is moving quickly, so I’ll enjoy this Polestar 2 and move on to the next great advance in 3 years! Overall, I love this car! If you're in the market for an EV, you should test drive one for sure.

The MDX is great so far. Harold was great to deal with and got to experience the Mass RMV first hand and how easy they make things (pure sarcasm). He was great with getting the MDX registered and getting a few odds and ends done.

Interior it’s bigger then you think . A lot of space for luggage. High performance car and very reliable. When you drive this car , you spent 30-35k$ but all people look and ask if you spend over 100k$ when you park your car people look at you all the time

I drove from Philadelphia to see a Toyota Venza which I had been shopping around for quite some time now. 2 Manny's Auto Sales was on my list of places to hit. I was so happy to be driving all the way back to Philly with a new car. I would highly recommend going to them again and even after checking in with me to make sure everything was ok. My experience with this car has been very positive over the 7+ years that I have owned it. Great reliability, to the point that it feels like an old friend that will not let you down. I do have it dealer serviced every year and the service is expensive, but for this kind of powerful car, it seems like a fair value. At 40000 miles Car needed brake pads and discs - do a lot of short trip stop/go driving. One headlight bulb failed after 6 years and the replacement cost was $350. Seems like a lot for one bulb. Other than those things, no other problems.

First time ever purchasing a used car and found BHM online. I live in MI and was somewhat apprehensive about buying without seeing in person but only in photos, but car was everything I thought it would be. I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

Nicest car I have ever owned, drives like a 911 but longer wheelbase makes for a GT like ride on longer trips, super reliable V8 will last a long time. Has all the great options including navigation, ventilated cooling and heated seats, $5000 black Porsche wheels, PASM suspension, Premium Plus package etc

I would recommend this car to someone who specifically wanted a performance-oriented car. If I had to do over again I may not purchase it. Simply for the road noise and harshness. And the 19-in wheels. The tires are very hard to find and of course the car comes without a spare. I've been stranded twice already.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

We drove almost two hours to this dealership to look at a 2003 Wrangler that they had. The trip was well worth it. Mark and his team were pleasant and accommodating, and made what can sometimes be a grueling process very quick, easy, and hassle-free. The next time we are in the market for a pre-owned car, I will not hesitate to check out their inventory and make the trip again.

Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.
