If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. This review is long overdue, but well deserved. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Kia of Old Saybrook for over 20 years, and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I’ve consistently received. Steve, the service manager, is the heart of the department — always helpful, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Whether it’s routine maintenance or an unexpected issue, Steve and his crew have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. They’ve managed to fit me in for service on short notice more times than I can count, and they do it all with a friendly, can-do attitude that really sets them apart. One experience that really stands out is when I was in an accident and had to have my car towed. It was just before the service department was closing for the weekend, and I was expecting to be without a car for quite some time. But Steve made sure my vehicle was taken in immediately, and thanks to his quick action and dedication, I was back on the road the following week. That level of commitment and care is rare — and deeply appreciated. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.

As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

I bought this car brand new with less than 10 miles on it; few years later it’s got 50,000 miles and I haven’t had a single issue with it. I feel like most cars I’ve had don’t ever feel the same as they did brand new after you break it in. That is not the case with the Impreza, it feels the same as it did when I first drove it off the lot. This is hands down the best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned over half a dozen new and used cars.

Came out in for tire rotation and oil change they were pretty quick. Notified me about my air bag light was on.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape. The car was in great shape and was true to it's description. Staff was friendly and all paperwork was done quickly.

Great used car. A little cramped for the driver. Wish the seat had adjustment for height. Otherwise I love the reliability and MPG (average combined 36-38 with a stick). Very practical and can haul a decent amount of gear. Bought mine in 2020 with 89K and now have 122k only needing snow tires for the New England winter.

These guys have been in business forever, and they are one of the few garages in the area that is certified to do state emissions testing. It looks like a bunch of the other dealers in the area bring their cars there for service too. So why not just cut out the middleman? All their cars look great, and I would totally buy from them!

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.
