I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

I LOVE ❤️ my 2015 Honda CRZ. I drove over 150 miles round trip going to work for years and put over 100,000 miles on it in less than 2 years. Only thing I've had to do is oil changes and tires. I bought it in 2016 and it is still my main driver though I have an Eclipse Jetta & Cruiser. I absolutely 💯 ♥️ it and would recommend it to anyone looking for small gas saving car. It can take corners 65+ mph like driving a go cart. I wish that I could buy a new one in a few years, I think it's one of the best investments I've ever made!!!!! Looking forward to many more 😀 😊 miles and years with mine. The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Haven't had the car very long, but love it. I like the exterior styling and the interior dash and radio display are nice, just keep in mind it's 4 years old so not as fancy as a brand new car - but pretty good sized touch screen. Engine has more power than I thought it would. With 3 adults, I got up to 60mph within the on-ramp for the highway and merged without issue.

PROS: Very good on the mpgs (although nowhere near the original estimates, in our experience) and has a LOT of zip! It's just an easy-to-drive, smooth, and quiet vehicle. We love the amount of interior space too, especially with the back seats down. Front seating is quite comfortable although feels like a mini-van, which surprised us at first... but you get used to it. CONS: Ford's Sync dashboard system on this model is just abysmal, and climate controls also behave un-intuitively. Car is an excellent driver most of the year but very poor on snow and ice; the smallest amount of sleet and ice can completely immobilize the vehicle on our rolling gravel driveway. Braking is very powerful and difficult to modulate—sometimes a gentle tap will throw passengers forward! Oil changes are a pain in the neck due to the large, cumbersome under-panel that has to be removed.

I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

This is exactly what I wanted for driving to/from gym, grocery store, etc. Fun to drive & good on gas. It is NOT good for driving up & down steep hills. Or accelerating onto a freeway. The power just isn’t there. But if you’re mostly doing flat city driving, it’s great. I love it.

I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

I had a great experience with David Williams at Ourisman Kia Bethesda recently when buying a used Ioniq. He was extremely straightforward, helpful, and great to work with. Highly recommend. Best car buying experience in decades. There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

My first Tesla. The car is a great luxury car with hypercar performance. I love it. It took a day or two to figure out the basics, but the settings and features and FSD have spoiled me. Unless I want to drive, I simply tell the car to take me somewhere and off I go. FSD is not perfect yet, but I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m looking forward to the approaching day I can choose to simply ride rather than drive. On top of all that, the utility of the large hatch area is almost as large as our Durango. Finally, I am extremely pleased with the value proposition even if the purchase process had some bumps along the way. Buying a 20 month old car saved me boatloads over purchasing new. Count me a happy camper.
