This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

As my lease was coming to an end, I looked into a few Acura dealerships. I got a few quotes and was not satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. After contacting 8 dealerships and dealing with numbers that were not to my liking... I started to contemplate if I wanted to continue doing business with Acura. My boyfriend and I decided to check out the Acura of Wappingers Falls being that it was down the road from us and months ago they reached out to us with open arms. It ended up being the best decision. I not only got a new car but I found a dealership that I am proud to be apart of. Acura of Wappingers Falls has a family-like vibe to it and this is what inclined me to do business with them. I worked with product specialist Jason Fogelquist, sales manager Dan Flores, finance manager Carlo Saenz, and Inventory manager Jamal Wyatt. Jason got me the deal I was looking for, Dan approved, Jamal found me my car and got it to the Wappingers Falls lot within 3-4 business days and Carlo was very through and funny when it came time for contracts and signing (a process that is usually tedious and boring was fast and fun). They deserve special shout outs for their professionalism and customer service and all around personality that made me walk out of Acura yesterday with a smile on my face. Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

We have been loyal customers of Yonkers Honda for many years and that is due entirely to the presence, professionalism, patience, integrity, expertise and kindness of Senior Sales Consultant, Mike Bargallo. He is that rare salesperson who is dedicated exclusively to his customer, not to a quota or a future commission he might earn. We had two Odysseys from a now-defunct dealership in Manhattan and, because our kids were getting older, we were looking to downsize to a CR-V. One day back in 2009 we happened to stop for gas in Connecticut and the man at the pump in front of us (Robert Something) had a new CR-V. We asked him if he liked it. He did, of course, and told us he bought it from Honda in Yonkers. He then raved about his salesman. “You gotta go there and ask for Mike Bargallo. Make sure he’s the one who helps you.The guy is FANTASTIC. I have referred friends, relatives, people from work, and everyone says the same thing: Mike is the best.“ And so we bought our first CR-V from Mike a few weeks later and, boy, was Robert Something from the gas station right! From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment he handed us the keys, Mike had our back. He still does. And the relationship does not end when you finish signing the paperwork and drive away. We know that he will be "our guy at Yonkers" no matter what kind of issue might arise (nothing ever has) for the duration of the time we have one of their cars.
