This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! My Sorento ended up at Wagner Kia after the engine blew on Highway 90 while returning home from a vacation up north. We were still over 200 mi. From home. The vehicle was towed there in our abscence and everything was dealt with by emails and phone call between me and my service rep. MikeRodenbaugh. I knew it would take time but asked to please just giv me good communication.he totally did. Two months later the car is almost like new. Took a while to get the parts but once they were in the repair was made within the week. mike was super communicative and reassuring and I could not be happier with the work done. Also had some other repairs done while there and the prices were very reasonable. My car drove home like a dream, all 220 miles in one shot! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly and my pickup was quick and pleasant experience. Highly recommend , wish they could be my regular dealership!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

I have owned mine for 8 years and 73,000 miles and I still love it. I am getting about 56-58 mpg tank average in the summer and 45-50mpg in the winter due to colder temperatures and using the heat often, affecting battery-only usage. Cruises on the highway great, and is perfect around town. Blue Streak Metallic paint has held up great, no clear coat damage and still feels great after a clay bar/ polish. I just have some rock chips on the hood, but they haven't started rusting and have been there for many years. Pretty comfortable considering it's size and wheelbase, it's nice and quiet too. I like that it has an actual gear selector and handbrake unlike the "regular" prius with it's little knob thing and foot brake. Interior has held up great, easy to clean the fabric seats, and all the buttons and tech work perfectly. I was able to unplug the speaker that makes the annoying hybrid sound at low speed, so now it's silent in EV mode which is great. I always recommend them to my friends, and most have never heard of a Prius C. I'd like a 4runner or something cool with more cargo space, but I can't get over their gas mileage under 20 mpgs. Think I'll just keep my Prius C lol.

Luca went above and beyond for me to get this car. When I first looked up the car online I knew this was going to be my car and I quickly made a downpayment for them to hold it for me for 3 weeks. No other dealerships would of done that for but this one has a great customer service. I had a fair credit rate and Luca made sure I get approved for a loan with a different lender since I couldn’t get approved for the bigger lenders. As an customers I was very pleased with that. I love vehicle, must have a small car in the family, you won’t go wrong with mini, plus it’s a great little car. Got mini on a great value for it mile and no damage or accident report.

At 45 miles per gallon combine it is a deal breaker 8 gallons max capacity tank that means I get an average of 360 ( sometimes is less sometimes is more all depend of various factors ex: road conditions,driving skills, temperature all influences in the final result) but the way gasoline prices are nobody can beat full gas tank for les than 48 dollars and get 360 miles per run it is a no Briner plus it is very cheap to maintain less than 100 dollars every six months (more or less again depending of the use ) the down side if I may call that is it is that it has very small interior if you want to fit the 4 passengers capacity well all them including the driver will be very uncomfortable this car is has been designed for a city conmmute but again who can argue with the economic that this beauty is ?

I can highly recommend this car. I bought it because I felt AWD was essential for me in the winters, but mostly because I wanted a wagon or hatchback with a manual transmission and AWD. Turns out the options are limited but I found a decent used 2016 Sport Limited at the second dealership I stopped at, and took it for a test drive on the spot. I have been more than satisfied. In my opinion the handling is amazing, it handles like a go cart in corners, i can throw it into corners at much higher speeds than I ever expected. It never hiccups. I have barely ever been able to even get the thing to the edge of the traction, when it does start to break loose it is very neutral, with a slight tendency to oversteer, never a hint of losing control. I have never had the brakes overheat or fade, even on 20 miles blasts down winding country roads at 70-90mph. It really amazes me. I never guessed the steering was electric either. The shift is nice and feels solid, but easy to use, I have never missed a gear yet. I r the sound of the boxer engine to, nice and throaty. Lots of room inside, seats are comfy and you can adjust drivers ride height. It has a timing chain instead of a belt, so no worries about that. The only complaints I have are that it lacks power and it needs a 6th gear. You can reach high enough speeds, and maintain them, but if you let it slow down, it really lacks the power to get it back up again. It is fine at low speeds, quite peppy, but for passing on highways it can be very difficult to find safe spaces to pass, and you have to downshift on hills. It also is geared quite low, so at 80mph the tach is sitting above 3,000rpm, which made me uncomfortable until I got used to it, and doesn't help fuel economy at all. It also struggles to get over about 110mph, although as always, it tracks straight and smooth and feels perfectly safe and comfortable at triple digits, even in the hill country (around here even the interstate is not straight). Except the engine up to about 4500 or 5000 rpm at those speeds. At a mere 80 it just eats it up without a murmur. The road noise is also quite loud and it seems harsh on bumps compared to some cars, though that seems to be mostly c in the 17inch wheels and relatively low profile tires. The speakers are only decent. The only other thing that comes to mind is the engine temp light that comes on to warn you that the engine is not up to operating temp yet(I guess they understand that most Subarus are bought for winter drivers). It is a bright blue light the exact same color as a high beam indicator light, which is very distracting when you start out driving at night, because you constantly think your high beams are on. I am very tempted to mask it off entirely. Oh and it has hill start assist which is nice and works pretty well, but you can disable it with only minor annoyance (if you don't mind an orange warning light being on permanently). I shut mine off because I was more used to not having one, and the first couple times I stopped at a light and took my foot off the brake thinking I was on level ground, only to have the car start rolling slowly after the hill stop disengaged after 2 seconds turned me off on it. I would rather know instantly if my car is going to roll, before I get distracted changing the song.

This was my first time at AutoMax of Framingham and I was able to find the right vehicle, with the right options and at a fair price (compared to your competitors). However, what really made the experience worthwhile and very appreciable was the salesperson Matheus. "Matt" is really a great salesperson. Much different from others I have met and dealt with. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

My parked car was unexpectedly totaled in the middle of the night so I was kind of thrown into the car buying process whether I liked it or not. After doing some research on cars.com I came across Patrick Subaru, who had awesome reviews and a great reputation in my area. As a first time car buyer, who is admittedly easily influenced, I was nervous going to the dealership thinking I might get taken advantage of or pressured into spending more than I wanted to. That was not the case. As soon as I walked in, Jeff paired me up with Michelle and I am so so happy that I was. I had been browsing some used cars looking to just go on a test drive because it was literally my first day shopping. She asked me several questions to really understand what I wanted, what I needed, and what I was comfortable with. She ended up pointing me in a smarter direction, a new Subaru that had everything I wanted and at basically the same price. They even negotiated in some added features. I loved Michelle's no pressure approach. She even gave me her cellphone number so that she could keep me updated and be readily available whenever I had a question. She was very hands on during the whole process and never made me feel silly for not understanding something the first time she explained it. You would never know Michelle has only been in the industry for a few months.. she knew her stuff!!! Up until the day I picked it up, both Jeff and Michelle were always checking in on me, making sure I was still happy with my choice and excited to be a new car owner! I would absolutely recommend her to all of my friends and family. I wish you the best of luck Michelle, keep doing what you're doing!
