I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! Exceptional ! The moment I walked in I felt welcomed . I was treated as a potential buyer and not a looker by Nuria , she had a clam informative approach while we test drove the vehicle. The follow ups & revisiting of the vehicle were more in depth on the technology I wasn’t familiar with . Which I really appreciated! There is financing available & extended warranty’s. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I purchased the Panamera 4 with the sport pkge. The car is responsive, has great acceleration, awesome handling and is fun to drive. If you’re looking for a four door sports car, give it a test drive.

I had a great experience with them. They are straight forward people. I was in and out in 2hrs with my new ride. I don't know about other people reviews why they left bad review maybe expecting way too much. But I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

My last 2 vehicles were Acuras. For 20 years. Subaru of Gwinnett sold me when i met Blake Henley. He was phenomenal! Informative but not pushy!

it is just what i need for the traveling i do. I only need it for short trips to work. The gas mileage is great and I have had no problem. with it.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed through Grand Motorcars. When I read the reviews I was reluctant to even take a look much less actually make a purchase. Well I stopped in and the car was great. A bit older than I wanted but in great shape with low mileage at a good price. Marcus was the salesperson and Ivory the sales manager. I was able to get the car for what KBB and online sources suggested I should. The only downside was once I had check in hand it took longer thant expected to complete the paperwork. The actual signing took 15-20 minutes but the wait was 1.5 hours, maybe it was a busy day. That's why I gave 4/5 stars. Most cars listed in their inventory are luxury/performance and priced at mid to high 5 figures, and above. I purchased one of the lowest priced vehicles but they didn't treat me as if I was cheap.

For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).

The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.
