The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

Everyone was helpful and friendly! Mikayla took great care of me. Called me an Uber to get back home b/c they didn't have a loaner available then got me one within a day or two. Highly recommend!

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

Nice sales person, helpful, easy to test drive. Agreed to fix a steering system problem before delivery. A downside is add a $700 LoJack to sale without option of omitting it. $600 document fee is also on high side.

Had a great discussion with one of their sales persons. We talked price. We talked milage. He was very informative and respectful of my questions. Answered them all. We ended our conversation with a big maybe cause IMO for the money and milage their are lots of EVs our their that give you a much better bang for your buck. And do it with better style. I don't like the bocy front ends on most cars built today. Luke em more sleek looking not boxy looking.

My 203,000 mile Hyundai Santa Fe blew a head gasket late Thursday. I got online and found a 2011 Rav4 with 58,000 that they were advertising at what I considered an excellent price. Called them from home at 9am and had a good talk with Philip(the CEO of the company). Got call back regarding the car in about 30 minutes later from Jordan. Limped my Santa Fe over to Walpole with my daughter and wife in a second vehicle. .just in case. Jordan met me in lot with the Rav4 running for a test drive and first thing he mentioned is that it needs a brake job that they will do. . .can leave car or come back with it early next week. Drove family alone in car to verify roadworthiness. Phillip stepped in and knocked another $500 off the already settled cash price while we were talking in their very small office space. They keep the space small to keep overhead prices down. I watched them interact with each other for about 45 minutes. They are basically Christian businessmen who are trying to make a living and give others a positive experience. I felt blessed by being there and drove off with a very nice Rav4 at a great price. All paperwork, including registration and new title in hand and they gave me a few hundred for the trashed Santa Fe(Fair). . . I drove to my insurance agent..paid my sales tax, then got it inspected. 6hrs and 45 minutes from first seeing the Rav to owning it and all paperwork done. I drove to my mechanic later that night. He checked out the car and kept saying I got a great deal and the Rav is in great shape for a 2011. My experience. Mark in Braintree, MA

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

The car buying process at European Engineering was an easy and enjoyable process. The saleman (Dennis) was very helpful and a down to earth guy, not a sleazy salesman whose trying to get rid of the car. In addition to the great salesman, their willingness to accomodate and work with the customer is unparalelled with any other dealer I’ve been to. While looking iver the car throoughly, Dennis was there the whole time tk answer any questions I had as well. The test drive route Dennis knew was also a thorough route that really allowed me to get to know the car. The car itself was in fantastic condition and was reasonably priced, so you’re not going to pay too much for what you’re looking at. Lastly, when picking up the car and completing all the paperwork, it’s a straightforward process with no hidden or surprise fees, very simple. Overall, I’d highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in used European cars as they’re just a fantastic dealer to work with.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

A great new location and showroom full of friendly folks and clean cars. Shopping for used cars is never really fun, but with no pressure salesmen like Matty and their impressive new spot, Inter Auto is definitely a step above the rest.

Bought the car from a private sale with over 200k km on it. Been pretty reliable for the most part with a few problems here and there (starter went back in November but was relatively cheap to fix) other then that the intake manifold needs to be replaced. Expect issues to arise down the line of owning this car (carbon buildup, timing chain tensioner, fuel pump, cam followers etc) but aslong as you keep up with maintenance and care for the car I don’t doubt it will the car will bring you anywhere without any issues. The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!
