When I decided to buy my first Telluride, one of my friends referred me to E.J. Edmonds, a Sales & Leasing Consultant. What a gem he is! After buying my first Telluride with the help of E.J., I knew if I needed another Kia, he would be my guy. E.J. always made me feel like I was his top priority and he made it his mission to ensure I got everything I needed. In addition to E.J., another gem at Freedom Kia is the Finance Manager, Harry Nelson. Between these two gentlemen, I knew exactly how much I would pay for the vehicle and for the optional accessories and warranties. At no point, I felt pressured to buy something I didn't want and I have never seen such transparency in purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. I live in Northern VA, I could go to any other Kia dealership to buy my second Telluride, but I chose Freedom Kia in WV because of how E.J. and Terry treated me as a customer the first time.
