Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Inquired through Cars.Com. Soon after got a call from Dealer. Setup a Test Drive. Haggled and Bought. The whole process was painless and seamless.

This Is the best car I have ever owned. If it had a 200 mile battery it would be outstanding and it has a back up gas engine when you run out of energy. Bring it back

Wish all dealerships were like these guys. Didn’t end up buying the rav4 from them but not because how I was treated. Very honest and forthright and I appreciate their willingness to talk to me as long as they did without any sales pressure. Got a feeling they really want what’s best for the customer. Wish they were closer.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Eddie was very easy to work with and super kind. He answered all of my silly questions without judgement. He allowed me to take the car for as long as I wanted and I felt no pressure whatsoever. When I expressed concern about a noise I heard, he drove the car with me to see if it were something he could fix BEFORE I purchased. I trust him and love my car!

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

We had an overall great experience. Our sales person was named William and he was always following up with my questions and needs. Unfortunately, when we received the car, the interior wasn’t clean. William made an effort to clean it himself and try to make it look better. We still had to detail the interior but that isn’t the fault of the dealership more so the original detailer’s job. William took the extra step and helped us with the extra detailing job and ensured we were happy with the purchase. The buying transaction with the financial manager went smooth. Highly recommend this dealership even though there were some issues in the beginning.

Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

I just perished a car from Prestige auto I never drove a car with lots electronic gadgets, Hugh took time explained the different gadgets. DJ took me though the paper work. This was my second Nissan. My first was a new Maxima, which I absolutely enjoyed for 15 years during which I racked up nearly 283k miles. Therefore, it was truly time to replace it. I would?ve replaced it with another new Maxima except that that line was discontinued a couple of years ago. And recently, I drove a friend?s Rogue during a weeklong road trip and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Steve Dailey was the young and affable salesman who also happened to be a talented violinist and experienced software developer! I had filled out an online request for more information re the dealer?s 2025 Rogue Platinum and Steve responded within the day. The tone of his communications was friendly and professional, and he worked with my uncertain and busy schedule. During the test drive, I was having problems learning to use the new type of turn signals (our friends? Rogue was from 2023). I could not figure out how to turn off the signal after each successful lane change. We stopped in a parking lot and Steve helped me to figure out how to use them, which prevented me from aborting my consideration of the Rogue. We also had concerns about whether the front passenger seat would truly be comfortable for elderly passengers in long distance drives. Steve referred us to products that can enhance a passenger?s comfort, and we are happy with the products that are available online. Steve also reset the liftgate to a lower height that was more appropriate for all users in my family, and this turned out to be fortuitously prescient because the default height would have caused my liftgate to crash into my opened garage door. We really appreciated this fortuitous turn of events. Because of concerns about identity theft, I have frozen my Credit Bureau accounts. Steve coordinated with me carefully so that I only needed to unfreeze my account for just the right amount of time for him to coordinate a credit check. We completed all this over text, which is my preferred mode of communication. Throughout the buying process, Steve was attentive, responsive and patient. There were no high-pressure sales tactics from him. He was respectful of our boundaries. He truly made the buying process easy and dispelled all the negative stereotypical images of car sales professionals. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone who wants to be served by a salesman who listens, is proactive and creative, and truly is a fine young man!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

One of the well-constructed cars I owned. I owned seven Honda/ Acura cars never one disappointment. The six speeds can run up to 7k RPM. This is a small rocket when needed in R-Mode. Comfort mode is great when it comes to mpg gas.

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.
