I don’t know the name of the technician, but he clearly worked efficiently as my wait for the tire repair was minimal. I came in anxious but was able to quickly relax because of the professional and courteous manner with which I was treated. Kudos to your staff.

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

This is the 4th car we have bought from this dealership. Each time, we’ve had a different sales rep, and each now has been professional and very kind. The service department is always fabulous, does great work. We bought a Titan today and our rep, Andrew Griglio, was awesome. He took his time, answered all the questions and made the purchase of my new truck a lot of fun! The woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, was awesome. She was on top of everything. Jim Fronzaglio, the manager, was very friendly and kept checking to make sure we were okay. Also worked a fantastic deal. We didn’t get to see Mark Wolf, the finance manager, as he wasn’t in today. However, he has done the financing for our first three vehicles and love working with him. Thanks guys! I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

I did my research and was in the market for a foreign vehicle like Honda or Toyota. I was very specific on what I was looking for. They went through all the details on the vehicles that met my criteria. All information was informative and helped me make a better decision on the vehicle that I thought would work for me best

I purchased my 2010 versa sedan automatic used with 132,000 miles for $4,000 tax, title and tags. It now has 201,000 miles and going. Yes I have had strut, breaks and motor mount issues along the way totaling around $2,000 separately and some warning lights stay on at all times but this has been the most reliable car for the least money I have ever spent. Gas mileage around 25 mpg enough comfort for an easy 250 mile trip the cruise control no longer works nor the horn but everything else still in working order. Some clear coat issues on the paint but maybe not for showing it’s definitely for going most importantly no transmission issues which have been reported less invasive in this model year.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

Purchased in 2017. I love my 2015 Ford Cmaxx, sad Ford does not still make them. I avg 40/43 mpg. It is comfortable for me to drive and to get in and out of. Love the hatch that allows me to loads many things for road trips. Fun to drive and it hugs the road. There is a learning curve on breaking that charges the battery, however it didn't take long. One of my favorite cars that i have owned. I will not trade it. So far no problems. I do have regular checkups and maintenance at Ford dealership where I live.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

Never had a single problem with my car in the 6 years I have had it! Extremely reliable every month of the year. Great car.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

Mark rolled out the red carpet for my preowned Malibu purchase! I drove almost 4 hours to get there and when I arrived, Mark had the car ready to go and paperwork was ready as well. I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

My experience at Lot#1 Robinson location of #1 Cochran was simple and quick. I walked the oot for about 5 minutes before I was approached by a Salesperson. This afforded me an opportunity to examine the 2 vehicles that I was interested in without any pressure or interference! The Salesperson was complimentary and almost apologetic about the condition of the cars, which explained the great price posted online. The issues were mostly cosmetic ( peeling clear coat) and foreign sealant surrounding the rear tire wells and panels. Pictures provided online were okay but perhaps a more realistic depiction of problem areas would have been useful.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

I have owned the car for nearly 6 yrs, and it previously was owned by the Porsche dealer's owner, so I knew it was well taken care of for the 13000 miles on it before I bought it. I have put on 62K miles and have had relatively few problems, nothing major. Normal maintenance and expenses are not cheap, but love the feel and looks of the car. Previously only owned 2 door Porsches and never thought I would buy a 4 door. Glad I got the car.

The compact SUV / Wagon is fun to drive and is quiet, I shouldn’t have bought it because it’s a 5 passenger and I need more seating because we have a big family. But everyone loves it!

The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.
