Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

As described and amazing car. Would be nice that it would have a small spare tire of sort but still an amazing vehicle and safety as 1st priority.

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. Very happy with the deal and would make the trip again and again knowing they made the transaction as smoothly as it went. Few weeks later my husband noticed we were missing the key for the locked wheels. So that we did not have to go all the way back to NY James hooked us up with a key at one of our local Toyota dealers. Thanks James for being so patient and making everything happen for us. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

Acura makes it so easy to buy a used car. They have many cars coming off 3 year lease at half the cost. The sales department is not pushy and allows you to shop without having people being pushy. They price cars under KBB value and offer great deals on extended warrantees.

We were visiting from Canada and our alternator gave out and had to be changed. Carlos and his service team took us in and got the job done quickly so we could get back home for our oldest's first day of school the following morning. They went above and beyond for us...their service schedule was full but squeezed us in. Carlos took care of us, calmed us down, drove us to the mall so we could relax and have lunch, picked us up when the work was done. A huge thank you for everything you guys did for us...we will remember it forever!

I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I have been coming to the shop and their service is always great. Even they are busy but they make sure they will take care of you. I had to get the brake pad and rotor changed because my car was making bad noises. They were able to order and parts and complete the service within one hour. They also recommended me to have brake fluid flush. The price is very reasonable. They have high quality services and trustworthy staff. Diego tested drive my car himself to ensure everything is good before he handed back my keys. I highly recommended this place for any type of car services.

Nice car handles great but I am a big guy so a little cramped. But i bought this for my son he fits and really enjoys driving it . Even though the over all rating for me would be4 stars my son gives it five stars so we are both very happy with the Mazda 3
