We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. I've owned my 2012 Panamera Turbo "S" for a few years now. There is no comparison. It's a freak of nature. This car absolutely hugs the road and still is just as fast as the new 911's. Other than oil changes its never spent one day in the shop.

Great, friendly staff and fast service. Clean location. Had a maintenance plan, that I believe should have been long expired, but I still had a free oil change on it. They still honored it. Great customer service!

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Came in to service my Acura TLX, had a great experience with Carlos and they also showed me a Type S they had in stock. Was a little out of budget for now, but very reasonable price for new brakes and rotors and a decent bit cheaper than Acura themselves.

What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!
