This car has a lot of bells and whistles, some of which I don't need. The radio is a disappointment. It can't pick up a radio station 35 miles away.

The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

We purchased our Mitsubishi used a year ago and have been quite pleased darting around Los Angeles with this small car. As small as it is, it's quite comfortable, even roomy, inside. Runs well. Highly recommend for older folks like us who don't do a lot of long-range driving.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Great used car. A little cramped for the driver. Wish the seat had adjustment for height. Otherwise I love the reliability and MPG (average combined 36-38 with a stick). Very practical and can haul a decent amount of gear. Bought mine in 2020 with 89K and now have 122k only needing snow tires for the New England winter.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Is it the most fun car to drive? No. Is it a really cool car? No, unless you're an engineer. Is it reliable, cheap to operate and maintain? Yes! That's what this car is designed to do. It doesn't get up like a sports car or carry as much as a truck. Over 3 years of ownership I've experienced Zero problems with this car. I routinely transport my 4 kids around in it. I have moved 2x4's (8ft limit) in this. I have driven 500 miles at once in it. I have driven it in snow (once). It's a great car for anyone concerned about total cost of ownership.

I purchased my 2018 Prius Prime Advanced back in March of 2018 and have never had a problem with the vehicle. I work only 7 miles from my home and usually go 3 months on a tank of gas and average 165-175 mpg. I will say I use non ethanol gas in the vehicle since it sits in the tank for an extend period of time. I did change the tires after 50K only because of the tire noise but other than that I do the oil changes every 10k since the gas engine doesn't come on that often. People say what about your electric bill ? I charge on off peak times and can't tell a difference in our power bill.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. Like the Insight, the model it followed, the CR-Z has been discontinued. It's a shame because both the Insight and CR-V were ideal vehicles for someone who want a really compact car and two seats. We've driven both on long trips on the interstate and back roads with great mileage (better than EPA estimates) at 75mph on the interstate. Our Insight had almost 100,000 miles when we replaced it because of an accident with the CR-Z. The interior really cocoons the driver and passenger making it feel safe; the loe profile and great steering and ABS brakes make it highly manuverable and fun to drive. We hope Honda comes up with another 2-seater to suceed the CR-V.

The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.
