I have purchased two vehicles from Morong over the years (a VW and more recently a Porsche), and can't say enough about how great it is to work with this dealership. In particular, David Menapace (Sales Manager) is just top notch. He's available, understanding and patient. Takes time to answer questions, and is honest and forthcoming. I have also always had great service experience with Morong as well. Can't recommend this dealership highly enough.

After a not so great experience (from another dealership), I made sure I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted...After talking to Rob H a few times to check out the inventory and ask questions, he was very professional and never made me feel pressured into buying a car. He answered all my questions and gave me a few options and told me to call when I was ready. When stopping in one night to finally make my decision, from the moment the car was brought out for my test drive, to the time I drove it off the lot, it was THE MOST BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER... This Beetle was my car that I traded in recently for a new Tiguan. The car was excellent, and always reliable. We wanted to own one of the last Beetles made, and glad that we purchased it from Mt. When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Morong in Falmouth, ME and this experience was even better than the first. Miah, our sales consultant, was so easy and fun to work with. Andy, the used car sales manager, was wonderful and so great to chat with about the vehicles that we were considering. We had many questions about the mechanical and electronic systems of the SUVs, and we were very concerned about reliability. Andy really knows many types of cars and the issues with the engines and drivetrains that could cause problems in the future. We felt great with our purchase from Miah and the team at Morong, and will certainly be returning for our next vehicle.

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

Versatile and reliable wheels with some nice options! Automatic climate control, heated seats, adjustable lumbar support for the driver, power windows, tilt, power steering. With about 135,000 miles on the odometer now, I am super happy with "The Mits" as we call it.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

The whole experience was great - our sales representative, while young, was really knowledgeable about the car and extremely helpful. Berlin City had great stock, excellent atmosphere and welcoming people working there. Never felt pressured. Would buy from them again.
