Our Pilot died on the turnpike near West Chester/Downington on our way home from Atlantic City to Pittsburgh. Not knowing what to do, I called the closest Honda dealer, Reedman Toll. I spoke with Chris and being that it was about lunchtime, wasn't sure if he could even take a look at it. We had it towed there and not only were they able to take a look at it, they installed a new alternator and discovered that our timing belt was about to go any minute and Chris and the mechanics were generous enough to stay a little late and were able to replace that too! We were able to get back on the road and make it home the same day! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the mechanics that helped out out of a bind!! If I lived in the area, I would service my vehicle there all the time. Fantastic customer service, please give that guy a raise! Thank you again!

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I daily the prius C 2 and it's just the perfect car. It's small and light enough to just zip through traffic and the instant torque from the electric engine can get you where you need to go quick. The handling is tight and responsive and the wheel is nice and smooth. Nimble, light, and forgiving is how I would describe the drive feel. The car can fit quite a bit of cargo for its size if the seats are folded down. I moved all of my stuff cross country in it and honesty could have fit more than I brougt. Otherwise, it can comfortably move 3 passengers + driver without much issue. The only thing it can't do is haul a bunch of luggage and people at the same time. When you baby it, you'll get mpg near 50, so fuel costs are a nonissue. It's never broken down and never had any issues that weren't my fault. It's the perfect car and I would recommend it to anyone who was open minded about driving a small car.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

This things fits EVERYTHING! I purchased this preowned back in 2021 with 48k miles on it. With 4 years of ownership and only 13k miles later, I’ve only ever had to keep up with maintenance including a set of new tires and one recall. Last summer I did notice some plastic paneling in the rear rattling that drove me nuts but haven’t heard it since so let’s hope it doesn’t start anew. With it being so cheap to maintain and the fact it sips gas, I have a hard time finding a justifiable reason to upgrade!

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Love the room inside. I had a Toyota CH-R, to small in side but a great look. Then I got the Honda Crosstour 2014 and love it all around! I love how you can drive all the time with the right mirror camera for turns and bicyclists. The black bar on the hatchbac does cut the view for the rear, but you get used to it. It does help black headlights behind you. Roomy, good on gas. Solid car, green/teal is very pretty. I actually get compliments on it. 5 STARS.

Follow up to review. (UPDATE) I was contacted by the used car manager Joe about my issue which was the tire sensor. He informed me that they definitely will not be sending me to a Ford dealership to fixed the sensor. He said they would do it there even if they had to send it out( they would definitely pay for it) so I was told to bring my car on 11/16 to fix the issue. I was then referred to Steve. Steve handle the situation with grace. I would say I was there maybe about a hour or so . It really didn’t seem long. Steve came to get me to let me know everything was finished. Now what I didn’t notice was they even threw in a complimentary car wash! So job well done and Joe called me after to make sure I was good. Thank you both for taking care of the issue. Tire sensor issue solved!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

This is our second Kia but my first time doing business with Scott Kia. We loved our Kia Soul but traded up as soon as the AWD Seltos was available. After all too many dealership nightmares I actually started getting service at Pep Boys. There were some recalls I had held off on because of those nightmares, but I decided to fight the traffic congestion and give Scott a try. I'm glad I did! Everything was straight forward and honest, at a reasonable price. Very professional from start to finish. Examples of other dealer encounters were petty things like being charged $3 every time for windshield washer fluid even when the reservoir was filled to the top when I took it in, not rotating tires (confirmed because I had marked each wheel before service), needing a front end alignment on my second service and getting it back with the steering wheel off center without any documentation of before and after measurements, plus more. I found Scott Kia to be a pleasant surprise and will continue my service with them as long as I own a Kia. I do wish they were a little larger and had more inventory. But as far as service goes, I will recommend this business to anyone, Professional, honest, and fairly priced.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I also want to recognize Lauren Eakin from the Lead Generation team for her clear and consistent communication leading up to my visit. But by far, the best part of my experience was working with Steve Hill, my Dealer Representative. Steve was transparent, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was being "sold" on anything. I came in very hesitant (I haven’t had a car payment in over five years) but Steve made me feel great about my decision and genuinely excited about this next step with Kia. John Agavino, the Finance Manager, was a class act. He made the entire process seamless and even helped me arrange for a copy of my trade-in vehicle’s title, allowing me to take the new leased car home the same day. He was personable, patient, and incredibly helpful. I originally came in just to browse and ended up leaving with a new car! This isn’t my first time at Scott Kia. I purchased my 2015 Optima there brand new with 0 miles, had it serviced there even after the warranty expired, and finally traded it in at 84k miles. The staff has always been friendly, honest, and helpful. They turned something I typically dread, buying or leasing a car, into a genuinely enjoyable experience. I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.
