Aside from the fact that the Mini Cooper is far superior to other small cars in its class, the service provided by the Wesley Chapel dealership is second to none. We're not great fans of car shopping and seriously dislike being pressured by sales folks. What a pleasant surprise for us to meet up with Chris Alba. Chris was exceedingly patient, friendly and professional in every way. He spent far more time listening and learning about our likes & dislikes than would ever be expected. We felt that he was actually trying to help us find the perfect ride as opposed to simply trying to make a sale. After considering our specific wants and needs, he showed us many possible options. However, he was not able to produce the exact car we wanted for the price we were able to pay. When we told him that we would need to continue our search, he was as polite and affable as ever. Chris expressed none of the blatant disappointment that so often follows a no-sale . Instead he spent the next day or so looking for the perfect match for our needs. Voila ... he found the right car at the right price within an exceptionally short period of time. The timeline went like this: we dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and by the following Tuesday we were the proud owners of the perfect vehicle. We love our "new" preowned Mini and look forward to a continuing positive relationship with Chris and the Mini Cooper dealership of Wesley Chapel. Chris Alba really did go the extra mile (& perhaps farther) for us and we are sincerely grateful. I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention Travis Moll, the gentleman who finalized our paperwork. He too was delightful to work with and made the testy job of signing all those documents an enjoyable experience. We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Haven't had the car very long, but love it. I like the exterior styling and the interior dash and radio display are nice, just keep in mind it's 4 years old so not as fancy as a brand new car - but pretty good sized touch screen. Engine has more power than I thought it would. With 3 adults, I got up to 60mph within the on-ramp for the highway and merged without issue.

Buying my 2016 Toyota Corolla at Sumter Cars & Trucks was such an enjoyable expirence. The staff was extremely helpful the entire process. I love my car and I have also come back to have it serviced and clean, I was pleased with the results. Over all I would definitely recommend buying a car here!

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.
