The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I really enjoy the car almost as much as the service! The reason is the service has been flawless so far! We had an issue with one of the sensors where it would give us a drivetrain error and cut the power to 40mph! We found out that there’s a bug that triggers once you hit 1/8 of fuel left it happened ever time and there’s no fix.

Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

Looking at vehicle online, there were 100+ great photos, Mo sent me two video walk-arounds and offered to FaceTime if I had any additional concerns. For those buying online, this is a very reputable dealer. I sent a deposit via Zelle. Mo held vehicle and cancelled other showings for that day, as promised. The price was more than fair for my vehicle. At the time, there was not another for sale, in the entire country, with less miles in my preferred configuration (TDI). He even arranged shipping for a very reasonable price and within a few days of the purchase. They handled the out-of-state title transfer for me. As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. My salesman Chris went above and beyond with getting me in this car and even fixed the air conditioner on another vehicle I drove there to buy this car! I’ve never had that happen before. My future car purchases will be with him and this dealership!

Bought one with 200k on it..drives smooth solid trNs , suspension and acceleration ..nice 1.5 liter engine no oil leaks ..just needed tune up ..spark plugs and o,e cylinder coil ...glad to have it for my gas buster budget. 40 mpg on highway ..seems like it'll go another 100k. Good in snow fwd helps alot

Although an EV, BMW it is in fact the Ultimate Driving machine. Very fast from 0-60 3.7s excellent HP 536 TQ 586. With the booster on it will quick you back in your seat.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.
