My dad and I went here on Saturday to look at a couple trucks. They basically gave us the run of the place and left us alone while we inspected the trucks we were interested in. They offered to let us test drive any vehicle we wanted. Everyone here was super nice and they don't pressure you to buy. They still didn't pressure us to buy even after we had decided that we weren't going to purchase on Saturday yet. All of the trucks that I viewed here were rust free trucks.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I've owned Golfs for 7 years and absolutely love them. They are the perfect car. Fun to drive, just enough room for 4 people, great on gas, and with the rear seats folded down, there's an enormous amount of cargo space. The interior feels upscale with a leather-wrapped steering wheel and soft metallic accents, the leatherette seats are easy to clean and feel great (SO much better than fabric!) and the sound system is on point. Also love the heated seats and the sunroof with the option to crack open or fully open!!

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

I really enjoy the car almost as much as the service! The reason is the service has been flawless so far! We had an issue with one of the sensors where it would give us a drivetrain error and cut the power to 40mph! We found out that there’s a bug that triggers once you hit 1/8 of fuel left it happened ever time and there’s no fix.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.

I was a bit nervous before coming in this morning due to my daughter's experience with a salesman at the Kunes next door to this one. But it quickly became a great visit. He was patient and did everything he could so I could drive the car off the lot today. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. He also promised to get me a manual for the Hyundai Tuscon I bought that is missing. I hope he keeps that promise. The salesman, Roel, who was the one next door that my daughter had was not so good. He was demanding and was not very truthful. I believe that he would sell anything or say anything just to make a sale. He demanded that I get in there to cosign for my daughter for a car that was way over her means. Cosigning for someone is a very huge thing and should never be demanded even by a salesman.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Looking at vehicle online, there were 100+ great photos, Mo sent me two video walk-arounds and offered to FaceTime if I had any additional concerns. For those buying online, this is a very reputable dealer. I sent a deposit via Zelle. Mo held vehicle and cancelled other showings for that day, as promised. The price was more than fair for my vehicle. At the time, there was not another for sale, in the entire country, with less miles in my preferred configuration (TDI). He even arranged shipping for a very reasonable price and within a few days of the purchase. They handled the out-of-state title transfer for me. I'd never purchased a vehicle without seeing in person and driving. Mo delivered on service and quality. The vehicle was as advertised, an awesome find. I'd buy from Chicago Motors Direct again, without hesitation. They have an awesome inventory of hard to find German vehicles and are knowledgeable about them. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

Anytime I call and let them know that there’s a problem with my vehicle I bring it in and they take care of it. Found out yesterday that there’s something wrong with my transmission. Thank God for their warranties. I have a special needs son and I need a bigger vehicle and because of them I have that bigger vehicle.
