This is my precious car I lovedddd the car but winter is tough with the snow. My only complaint was the low profile tires are more prone to flat tires I had a lot! Snow and hills are not ideal but I worked overnight hours so roads are the worst at those hours!! Overall LOVED the car but wanted a safer car for work and child transport!!

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . My wife and I went in to just look at new Subaru's with no intention on actually buying one at that time. As we were browsing the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Renae Marcum. After a conversation with her, we looked around at various new (and a few used) models of Outback. She put no pressure on us at all to purchase anything, and even stayed with us answering our numerous questions, even after telling her we had no plans to buy right now. We knew at some point we wanted to upgrade our car to something larger for camping and cross-country travels. After taking home a brochure and researching the Subaru web site a bit, we decided that we did want to buy a car now. We had decided on the Outback Wilderness in Geyser blue. We contacted Renae with our decision to order a new vehicle with our desired options. Lucky for us they already had a Geyser blue ordered from Subaru that had not made it to the assembly line yet. They were able to put in a change order to get the exact options we wanted on the vehicle. A few weeks later, it showed up just a week before a scheduled 3,500 mile trip to 5 National parks. The car was delivered with a very thorough walk through of all the features and how to use them. This made our trip 1000 times better then expected. We love the car and have had no issues with it at all. Renae and Byers Subaru were extremely friendly, helpful, no pressure, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I bought my used 2022 Maverick from Ricart and have been happy with their sales & service ever since! Always pleasant in the service department, went above & beyond when some grease was left on some things in the interior, detailed the whole inside and fixed the undercarriage cover (new hardware too) from getting my oil changed at a Firestone store (never again, Firestone😣). Their services are modestly priced, with some discounts too. Everytime I go to Columbus I drive through their car wash, works great! I will continue to use Ricart for purchasing and service😁

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

After my Hyundai was stolen then recovered the ignition switch and steering column needed replaced/repaired. My contact/service tech, Craig, worked with the insurance company. The parts were ordered and received much quicker than was expected. The repairs were completed within 2 days. It looks and runs like brand new. They even cleaned the interior due to the thieves having smoked in it and making a mess with ashes.

We have a 1.6T. It has all of the performance we need but turns into a 40+ mpg car on long trips. It is the ultimate GT car.

I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.
