I?ve had so many issues from this dealership since I?ve purchased my vehicle. Brought it in a few times and always had terrible service with poor communication. This last time bringing in my vehicle Megan (service advisor) has been a great redemption to what I thought of this place. She has always been super friendly, straightforward, and on top of that with great communication. I want her specifically every time going forward I come in to the service department. 10/10 employee and I never leave reviews. She made me want to write one. Thank you

Comfortable with nice acceleration smooth transmission, smooth ride. Holds the road at high speeds in the rain very well. Beautiful dash board. Brakes very well. AC is good not great but does the job. Very nice looking, great design. Nice interior. Very good back up screen. Comfortable seats for long drives. Very good leg room front and back seats.

My service advisor Lili Avina was amazing. She kept me updated on my vehicle the entire time it was in service. For every issue I’ve ever had she’s always has a solution! Definitely recommend her and will go to her for all of my vehicle needs.

Torquey, pretty, handles like a dream. Can carry a decent amount of cargo, especially once you figure out how to fold the rear bench all the way, fully down. The front seats are very bolstered and are a hit with some people but rather uncomfortable for others. Clutch is forgiving enough to learn on, but grippy enough to handle your parking lot, tire spinning shenanigans. 9/10, would buy again.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

Bought it based on father's review of his happy to say I'm glad I went with it great vehicle with great fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room as I'm very tall and came with great options.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Though the service was just a complimentary pre-winter check, Larry was very thorough in assessing any concerns I might have. My vehicle passed the check just fine. I was also happy to see Neddie B. on duty! I had dealt with Neddie through another service facility and was always very satisfied with his work!

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Unfortunately, it sold while I was driving to the dealership, but Codey texted me when he found out that someone had scheduled an appointment before me (I live 1.5 hours away) to allow me to decide if I still wanted to come or wait to see if it sold. I have owned mine for 8 years and 73,000 miles and I still love it. I am getting about 56-58 mpg tank average in the summer and 45-50mpg in the winter due to colder temperatures and using the heat often, affecting battery-only usage. Cruises on the highway great, and is perfect around town. Blue Streak Metallic paint has held up great, no clear coat damage and still feels great after a clay bar/ polish. I just have some rock chips on the hood, but they haven't started rusting and have been there for many years. Pretty comfortable considering it's size and wheelbase, it's nice and quiet too. I like that it has an actual gear selector and handbrake unlike the "regular" prius with it's little knob thing and foot brake. Interior has held up great, easy to clean the fabric seats, and all the buttons and tech work perfectly. I was able to unplug the speaker that makes the annoying hybrid sound at low speed, so now it's silent in EV mode which is great. I always recommend them to my friends, and most have never heard of a Prius C. I'd like a 4runner or something cool with more cargo space, but I can't get over their gas mileage under 20 mpgs. Think I'll just keep my Prius C lol.

I bought my 2018 essence in January 2020. It was a rental car with 24,000 miles when I bought it. 34k new, I got it for $17,600. It now has 102,000 miles and I hope to have it for at least 5 more years. Runs and feels brand new. Hard to believe. I still feel happy just getting behind the wheel. So comfortable and fun to drive. Only change the oil and new tires. Not one mechanical issue. I'm afraid I'll never have another car like this one.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

This is the fourth Subaru we have bought from Castle Subaru. Dave set us up with Cheyene who helped us get exactly what we wanted. This will primarily be my wife’s car and they did everything to make her happy. Then we got to work with Stephanie who worked with us so we could creatively pay for the car without a loan. I have a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo 6 speed manual. Bought brand new and still own as of this review in 2025. I love the way the car looks. It actually has a design and doesn't just look like a wedge ( like a lot of hatchbacks do ). I currently have 97,000 miles on it with no problems to report. Just routine maintenance. Best advice is to replace the standard Hankook tires for some Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. It is a day and night difference. Really wakes up the car in the handling department. I would highly recommend this model.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?
