The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This is my 3rd Prius. For a couple years, we owned 2 Priuses (Prii?) at one time: a Green 2007 Base model with cloth seats and then added a Red 2009 Touring model with leather seats. I started driving for Uber/Lyft in the '09 Prius in Jan of 2015. The Chicago Uber/Lyft mileage rates were pretty low, so having a car that averaged 50 mpg was a plus. Then, after selling the '07, we traded in the '09 for the 2012 PPI. Bought it in Nov of 2018 at a Chicago Warehouse Dealer. It was in perfect shape and had tinted windows. Then in 2022 we moved from Chicago to Florida and bought a house with Solar Panels. I added Instacart to my Gig work and most of the time, my deliveries are on electric only miles. Even doing Gig work....I average only about $25 a week in Gas costs. In all 3 Prii....I've never needed any major repairs. I change the oil every 5k miles and have never needed new brakes yet on any of them since I do my best to use the coasting/regeneration method of braking.....which I believe extends the life of the brakes. Only regret is: the car has HEATED seats.....which was great in Chicago, but now here in Florida....wish they were Air Conditioned seats instead! I already have my eyes set on the new 2023 Prius Plug in (Prime?)....but will wait for them to come on the used car market. My current 2012 PPI will be too old for rideshare in 2027....so I have a good 3 more years to do research.

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape and I had some problems with it but they took care of the problem with no hesitation I would definitely recommend buying from Drive Time

A straight forward economy car to save money but it is very comfortable and fun to drive because it's so light. The gas savings at almost 50mpg are amazing.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Bought a 2009 Honda Civic from these guys and they where great. Jose and Jorge where as transparent as anyone can be. I asked if they can let me go under the car to check for rust and other things and they accommodated me without any hesitation, even provided a flash light. This car is overall great to own. I have an XSE trim, and though I would've liked to have XSE Premium's features, those are minor gripes at worst. Daily commutes are a breeze. I have a bit of a light foot while driving but it's easy to merge into traffic even in EV mode (161hp compared to 220hp in hybrid mode). Steering feels grounded and relative to how much effort should be put into turning. The braking is also good; it feels linear without any jolts or sponginess. The engine can get noisy if the battery's low (less than 25%) but it's seldom been an issue for me. Changing the drive mode to Sport makes regenerative braking slightly stronger and steering slightly heavier. I average about 4.8mi/kWh (161.7MPGe) and 56MPG. Road trips are also great in this vehicle. The EPA estimate for this vehicle's trim is 39 electric miles and 50MPG. I get about 40 miles with cruise control on, and MPG in the mid-high 50s or low 60s with good weather. Ride quality is smooth and there's no shaking when going over small bumps. The seats are comfortable up front even over long periods of time. It's a bit low getting in (especially in the back). Rear seats are a little snug; I'm 5'10½" and can fit well enough with a tiny bit of room to stretch my legs. I can fit my hand between my head and the ceiling, so anyone who's taller or has larger hair should stick to the front. Visibility is good overall. I had to adjust the steering wheel column down some to clearly see the dashboard information but it isn't uncomfortable to me. Outward visibility great out of the front and sides, but the rear window is pretty small. I would've opted for XSE Premium's digital rearview mirror if I frequently hauled larger things around. Cargo space and storage is pretty decent for the class. I can fit two midsize suitcases in the back with the tonneau cover on. The front and rear cupholders can hold 20oz travel mugs and the bottle holders in the doors can hold a 22fl oz can. The center console can hold a good amount of small objects and the tray in the middle can be removed for more space. All in all, I'd recommend the Prius to anyone looking for a small vehicle. The regular one is better on gas and has a bit more cargo space, but if you're able to regularly plug in, i'd say go for the PHEV variant.

Was looking for a basic hatchback with good gas mileage that wasn't stupid expensive. Commute to work and so far combined I get 42mpg. Rides as good as any car I have owned (with one exception). Performance wise have no idea how old the reviewers are or even if they actually drove the car as it has no problem on the highway or in town driving, rarely do I exceed 4,000rpm to keep up with or ahead of traffic. It's like people don't remember how cars were in the past before the horsepower race to cram 250-350hp engines into everything. In town it's 0-30 that matters but even the 0-60 of 10.4 sec is equal to or better than most small cars from the 70's-90's. Only car I owned that was faster was my '73 Jaguar XJ12. Almost identical 0-60 were my CRX, Opel GT, 200sx. My Triumph Spitfire was way slower. But they were all fun cars to drive.

I bought a 2015 Ford Escape and I had some problems with it but they took care of the problem. I love Drive Time I will go back there again for a vehicle.
