I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

Worked with Mike Carter in purchasing our new 2024 Grand Highlander. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the car we wanted, a storm cloud blue, with black wheels, fully loaded platinum with very rare and hard to find Portobello Brown Leather Interior. Mike pulled it off and found us one that was allocated at another dealership. He was able to make an inside trade and got that car coming here for us. He kept us updated throughout the entire build and delivery process. Now let me say, I visited a couple of dealerships before visiting Titus Will and was met with Pushy sales people. The other dealers were also trying to cram $500 3rd brake light pulse system (which is a $15 part on amazon and takes 10 mins to install) as well as clear door edge guards for $800 (which is about $20 on amazon and takes about 5 mins to install) It's absolutely ridiculous what the other dealerships were trying to pull off.... AND they would absolutely refuse to remove the option because "it was already installed on the vehicle" Now coming to Titus Will, the only thing they tried to add on was a SWAT GPS Tracker. Which of course, I didn't want and they had no issue removing that option. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to do that. I was able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in and once that was all settled the paperwork process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very pleasant, showed us all the options but was not pushy at all. The Dealership was very neat, clean and tidy and they had a very nice self serve espresso coffee bar. Our Vehicle was waiting in the covered, indoor delivery bay, freshly detailed and ready to go. All the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our experience and highly recommend TITUS WILL TOYOTA OF TACOMA!

I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. The car has been nothing short of amazing for me, great mpg, no issues with reliability has been a good city commuter and I'll most likely consider a new one when I'm in need of a new car.

After finding what we were looking for online, we made an appointment to come see the car. When we arrived Luis greeted us and asked how he could help us. We told him about our appointment and which car we wanted to see. He already had it up front for us so it was easy for us to look at and take for a drive. We planned to come back the next day if we were going to buy it so he set us an appointment so we didn’t have to wait as long. Unfortunately they had a power outage that day but as a respectful professional he texted me right away so we didn’t drive there when they couldn’t sell the car and he rescheduled us for the next day. He never pressured us to buy anything. He just showed us the car we wanted and asked how he could help us. This is not like other car lots where they use high pressure to sell you something you only kind of like. We were truly impressed with how they treated us. As for the person who wrote a review about needing to wear fancy clothes to get their attention, that’s not true! I don’t wear fancy clothes and they were very helpful! We definitely will recommend them to our friends and family.

purchased used with 2,200 miles. At first, I hated it, I've never had an all-electric car and the batter was dead. Luckily they sent someone to jump it. I was still thinking it was a mistake, until I actually drove it and got to know it and learn it. Drives totally different than my corvette. Now I like the Tesla better than my 650hp corvette. It hugs the road like nothing, takes off like a bat out of xxxx. I felt safe and comfortable hitting the pedal to the floor and feeling the rush of this thing taking off and just hanging on to that jet style steering wheel.

I have owned this 2016 Golf R manual since December, 2015. My previous car was a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3, a great hot hatch in it's own right. Right away I knew I had to tune the Golf R to make it feel faster than the Speed 3. APR Stage 1 accomplished that in spades. Not satisfied, I went Stage 2 which made the car absolutely bonkers (I did have to upgrade the clutch to a Southbend Stage 3 racing clutch). I have had three years on the Stage 2 and have had zero problems with it. Unrelated issues have included rear differential oil leak, window switch modulation, and misfiring due to bad plugs and coils. All except the latter were fixed under warranty. There is also a problem with the backlighting of the speedo/tach/fuel/coolant temp gauge that hasn't been fixed but other displays are fine. The car at just under 54K miles remains a blast to drive and very easy to live with.

I have been taking my Hondas to Klein Honda for the past several years. I have purchased two Hondas from them and had good experiences each time. Gary Moore in the service department always does a great job getting my cars in and keeping me informed of what work is being done on them. He makes good recommendations that I can trust.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. I am most pleased with the way that I was treated, the professionalism of the personnel, and their preparedness for my visit.

We bought a sonic lt with a 1.4 turbo engine, great gas mileage and no major problems. As long as you keep up the maintenance the reliability is great.

Our experience buying a new Subaru Outback at Subaru of Puyallup was EXCELLENT! I have no complaints whatsoever! Our original phone call regarding internet pricing was handled by Le'Shung Cage with efficiency, transparency, and a helpful attitude that felt very welcoming. The price quoted over the phone was thousands of dollars lower than anything I'd seen after weeks of shopping for a new Subaru!! A big surprise that motivated us to go to Puyallup that afternoon! Upon arrival, we were immediately introduced to Ms. Cage and then to the sales representative, Ryan Gifford, with whom we'd be doing our test drives and, as it turned out, helping us throughout the purchase process.
