I purchased my 2013 Mazda 3i Grand Touring Hatchback (manual transmission) in 2014 and the previous owner had put 30K miles on it. I've now got 140K and still love the car. Outside of recommended maintenance, the only repair expense I've had was I decided to replace the clutch. It hadn't failed but it was starting to show some slippage. I haven't even had to replace the brake pads yet! As for likes and dislikes that someone checking out this car might not notice just from looking, here are some negatives: 1) The 1-2 shift is always a bit notchy but others are smooth. 2) The 2.0L doesn't have a lot of power in the lower revs but 3000-4000 rpms it's pretty spirited (assuming you don't have four large adults in the car) 3) I ended up replacing the OEM headunit (the BOSE with Navigation) with an Eonon. I had issues getting the Eonon working early on but after a couple updates, it's been a huge improvement. 4) The biggest negative is that at some point, I'll have to let it go. On the positive side: 1) It handles great, 2) It carries a decent amount for its size 3) It gets good gas mileage (I used to average 35mpg but in recent years my driving in this car has been more around town and it's fallen back to 31-32.) 4) It's been extremely reliable. 5) The front seats are very comfortable (I'm 5'7" and the car fits me great. I imagine taller people would not be as comfortable.)

Bought a used car here today and I was in an out with a test drive in under 90 minutes. I told salesguy Mark I would be there 11:15 and at 11:16, he pulled the car up (clean and with a tag ready to drive). I have been to other dealers that made me wait 20 minutes for a dirty car. Mark was open about warranty questions I had and paper processing guy (forgot his name) was a good guy too. Both were easy going and non pushy. I normally would not leave a review but they did a good job.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. The interior is comfortable and modern, with plenty of space and great visibility. I drove all the way from Charlotte, NC to buy a beautiful Alpine White BMW 328d touring M-Sport. These guys already had the car on ready for my test drive when I got there. It was missing the floor mats and I was ok with it but they offered to ship me some new OEM rubber ones! I work with dealerships for a living, these guys have hands down some of the best customer service I’ve seen. They also worked with my local FCU even though they’re not in PA. Thanks guys!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I visited this dealer in search of a newer truck to replace my 1998 Frontier, got off to a bit of a rocky start, but in the end things worked out great. I highly recomend doing business with this dealership, the people are nice and really work for the customer.

We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. Bought the 2012 Veloster shortly after its introduction. It has all of the trim options available, though I never learned to use them. This car has had a lot of pesky recalls, but that is like a lot of vehicles. There have been NO problems for my car, except for an inexpensive part repair in the steering column at about 90K miles. I bought this car because of 1) the great m.p.g., 2) the sporty appearance, and 3) to more easily navigate city traffic. My only complaints are: 1) the seats are not well-padded nor provide lumbar support, but they hold you great when zipping around sharp curves in the mountains, 2) it sits so low to the ground (as sporty cars do), which make it difficult for a tall and older person to get in and out. Those who desire a lot of power would probably be disappointed.

Discovered my "next" car on the Autohaus website - 5 1/2 hours away from home. Reached out to inquire about its availability and Hernan Diaz-Egg responded quickly. Hernan then work with me over the phone, primarily via text, to finalize the deal. They took my deposit while I was on route to the dealership. This is my 3rd Prius. For a couple years, we owned 2 Priuses (Prii?) at one time: a Green 2007 Base model with cloth seats and then added a Red 2009 Touring model with leather seats. I started driving for Uber/Lyft in the '09 Prius in Jan of 2015. The Chicago Uber/Lyft mileage rates were pretty low, so having a car that averaged 50 mpg was a plus. Then, after selling the '07, we traded in the '09 for the 2012 PPI. Bought it in Nov of 2018 at a Chicago Warehouse Dealer. It was in perfect shape and had tinted windows. Then in 2022 we moved from Chicago to Florida and bought a house with Solar Panels. I added Instacart to my Gig work and most of the time, my deliveries are on electric only miles. Even doing Gig work....I average only about $25 a week in Gas costs. In all 3 Prii....I've never needed any major repairs. I change the oil every 5k miles and have never needed new brakes yet on any of them since I do my best to use the coasting/regeneration method of braking.....which I believe extends the life of the brakes. Only regret is: the car has HEATED seats.....which was great in Chicago, but now here in Florida....wish they were Air Conditioned seats instead! I already have my eyes set on the new 2023 Prius Plug in (Prime?)....but will wait for them to come on the used car market. My current 2012 PPI will be too old for rideshare in 2027....so I have a good 3 more years to do research.

I just purchased this car this week. It is fully electric. I was impressed with the power and "get up" it has for an electric car. It has plenty of room inside.

Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

This was a great experience. They priced the vehicle i was buying fairly, and kept the price they promised. They also gave me a fair price for my trade. Dan even followed up with me a week later to see if i was having any problems (I was not). It was a bit of a drive to get there (75 mins) but definitely worth the trip. They also got me a slightly better interest rate on my financing than i came with from my own Credit Union. Highly recommended

It's a shame more people were not familiar with this car before Chevrolet stopped producing them. I drive on EV mode almost all the time, except when going on long trips. There is no range anxiety with the Volt. My car is averaging 181,000 MPG lifetime.

Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?
