We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

On 12-23-24; I had the pleasure of working with Darren Badillo (sales rep), Corey Davis (GM) and Stacey from the finance dept. When I say I received A1 service would be an understatement. This dealership and the employees made buying a car seem like walking in a pizza shop and ordering a slice of pizza (that simple). In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

There are not enough stars in the rating system for Mini of Towson and Mike Edwards! The entire buying process was amazing. Super fast, courteous, and every detail covered with thoughtfulness. White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. The color is so pretty in Ocean Wave Green with a Black roof. This is the 2nd MINI we have bought from Towson MINI. We can't say enough about how much we love this car and my old Mini. I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

WITH THE HIGH GAS PRICES GOING UP I WAS REALLY THINKING ABOUT A EV.IM RETIRED AND CANT REALLY WORK ANYMORE.I GOT THE PREOWNED CAR FROM NISSAN GALLATIN IN TENN.ITS A SV MODEL AND HAS ALL THE EXTRAS IN IT LIKE HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL ANS EPEDAL AND SMART CRUISE.ITS SUPER BLACK AND SEATS ARE REALLY COMFORTABLE.IM GETTING WINDOWS TINTED THIS MONTH TO GIVE A MORE AGGRESIVE LOOK.THE CAR IS AWESOME.NO MORE SPENDING MY RETIREMENT MONEY ON THE HIGH GAS PRICES.IVE HAD MY CAR FOR A SHORT WHILE BUT ENJOY DRIVING IT.A FUL CHARGE LAST ME ALL WK.I DONT GO ON LONG DRIVES WITH IT.MY GRANDKIDS LOVE IT WHEN I PICK THEM UP FROM SCHOOL.FOR GETTING AROUND TOWN AND JUST DOING SOME DAILY ROUTINES WITH IS IS AWESOME.MY DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME.TOOK REALLY QUICK AND VERY NICE.IVE HAD MY SHARE OF DEALERSHIPS BEFORE AND SOME OF THEM DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU LIKE NISSAN DOES.
