went to purchase a new car last weekend and the overall experience was good. only hiccup was i made an appointment to see a car i liked and the car got sold right before i got there. now from there i still ended up getting the car i wanted but a better model and the process from there on out i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. everyone was nice and communicated well and even after the purchase they still reach out to make sure the car is running well and fixing me no problems.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I want to thank Shelly in the service department for making the big repair of my Kia (older) a good experience. She kept in constant contact with me while it was being service. She made me feel confident that the job would be done properly, and it was! Whoever the mechanic was, thank you so much. I can't believe how much better my vehicle is. Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Whenever I need the car serviced making an appointment is very easy and the service techs are great. While you?re waiting their waiting room has a huge coffee station with many varieties, a popcorn machine, snacks and a nice area to watch tv. The Hawk Subaru experience has been great from the start. Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, with All Options. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Almost 5,000 miles within first 3 months and it has been AWESOME! Averaging 270 miles (and this is in Sport Mode most of the time). The DAPP is awesome on the highway and in traffic. The Adaptive Suspension makes driving through curvy country roads a blast! The ventilated seats during these record high temp days have been super useful. No need for the M50, plenty of power with the eDrive40 (I am hitting 0-60 within 5 seconds); also, range is a whole lot more important when you have an EV. Free charging via Electrify America has been a breeze. Charges on my 240-Volt Outlet at home FAST. Well worth every Penny.

Purchased this vehicle used in mid-2024 with 42K miles. Third owner. There is virtually no learning curve when switching from an ICE vehicle to the Fiat 500e. Despite its tiny, ultra compact exterior, it provides substantial interior room for two fairly large people (6’5”/290 lb and 6’2”/230 lb). Headroom is excellent - better than the majority of ICE vehicles. Legroom is good given that I have a 35” inseam. Shoulder room is adequate for two large males. In summary, the Fiat 500e is amazingly comfortable transportation for two large people. But no one is riding in the backseat unless the driver and front passenger are 5’6” or less. Cargo is, as you would expect, is quite limited, although I have found it to be adequate for daily activities with the rear seats folded. Performance is peppy up through 60-70 mph. The air conditioner has an auto-temperature feature and works well. The factory sound system is excellent. And the braking system is very smooth and predictable and transitions seamlessly between regenerative braking and physical braking at 6 mph and below. I absolutely love the Fiat 500e as a local commuter.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

I own the most bear bones version and it works like a charm, with the manual 30mpg is easily achievable. Steering at low speeds feels like you are the car. Pedals are responsive and the suspension can handle just about anything. Highly recommended for a cheap daily.

Minis are known for issues with reliability. Getting an older mini with a bit of a cloudy service history was not my greatest choice, but I don't regret it. I've had quite a few repairs, compressor, radiator cooling fan were the big ones and some minor stuff afterwards. The reason I took the chance on the car is because it is so fun. It handles well, sticks to the road, low ride height, super cool retro styling, stiff suspension, tight steering. The dash is different, kind of like an airplane cockpit and that's super cool. The seats are comfortable -- mine are leather. The sunroof really opens up the car and makes it feel bigger on the inside. I love the car! I wouldn't have taken the chance if it wasn't everything I was looking for. I'm getting a newer one soon. I tried a lot of different vehicles from a 2002 Mazda B3000 to a fiat 500 pop and I can't see myself in anything but another Mini. Worth the headache!

Volkswagen did a great job refining the MK8 GTI. Key points -One of the best handling FWD cars mainly due to the LSD, XDS and suspension refinement. -Very smooth power deliver almost 0 turbo lag. - 40th anniversary has to be the best value purchase as it comes standard with DCC and IQ lightings which are only available on the highest trim. The negatives include: -The infotainment can be improved wireless android and apple car play need to be standard. Can't set your phone properly on the wireless charger when the phone is attached to the wire. - Compared to the MK7 the coin holder and the sliding storage below the driver sear is missing. -Unable to disable auto start and stop feature permanently as restores to default on every time you start the vehicle.
