Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. "i didn't know Mitsubishi made an electric car" is the comment I hear most when showing this car to people. If you're looking for a fun driving, dependable in town vehicle, test drive this car. I have "owned" my car since February 2013. It's a 2012, ES model. Mitsubishi significantly reduced the price of the 2014 compared to the 2012. A 2013 model was not produced for the United States market. The battery pack, motor and controller are all the same from 2012 to 2014. The body is also exactly the same. The 2014 ES model includes many of the features that were additional price options on the 2012 ES or the higher priced SE model. For example, the DC/DC quick charger is now included with the base price. The 2014 comes with a dual amperage, EVSE. This is the electric cord used to charge the car. It plugs into a standard 120 volt outlet and can charge the car at either 8 or 12 amps. Many electric car owners also install a 240 volt (level2) EVSE at their house. Over the past 12000 miles the only service I have done with the car is putting air in the tires and water in the windshield washer dispenser. With the battery pack sitting under the passenger compartment, the low center of gravity makes driving this car feel like a sports car. The car seats four adults and has additional storage behind the rear seats. My car is on a two year lease that expires in February, 2015.

Holy crap I did not expect this kind of quality from a compliance car made by Chevy. It?s a tiny car that feels roomy inside due to genius design. So many upgrades like Bluetooth and leather seats that really I didn?t even pay for. The battery technology is what drew me to the car but I am so blown away by what I actually took home. There aren?t many of these out there but if you?re looking at one just go ahead and pull the trigger. They?re worth it.

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

This car would work for anyone that has a work commute of 25 miles or less. The reason I say that is, because if you're in an area that has cold winters.... you'll only get about 60 miles on a full charge. As far as performance!! This car kicks A$$!! Smooth ride, good acceleration, nice features and a great value! If you're in the market for an awesome electric car, I would highly reccomend the Chevy Spark ev!!!

The Dodge Stealth is simply a repackaged Mitisubishi 3000gt. But it is simply wonderful. I owned a 1991 RT/TT and would still have it now if not for being too young to handle the car. I never had any mechanical issues that were brought on from regular wear and tear. I drove the wheels off of mine and had to replace the clutch twice in one year (it was my first manual). It is good on gas when you drive like you have sense. It smokes all four tires. It is a drivers car and a modern classic. I'm 30 now and 12 years after totaling mine in a street race, I'm looking for another.

I purchased this 2010 TOYOTA Yaris with a five speed manual transmission in 2010 with 7 miles on it. It is now 2025 my Yaris had it's 15th birthday back in April. Tires, brakes changed at 50k. Water pump and serpentine belt (preventive maintenance) at 90k. Tires, brakes changed @ 100k. Clutch replacement @ 110k. If you are cognizant of your driving habits you can obtain over 40 mpg easily. I am looking forward to obtaining at least 5 to 10 more years of driving pleasure seeing how I have only 123k original miles on the vehicle.

I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? COME ON YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!!

We previously owned a Cadillac, so there was quite a difference in size and fuel consumption. We use it as a motorized shopping cart, and for what we need, it performs well. Only observation against it is the instrument panel. Very hard to see, without the lights on. Overall a great little car.

Fiat didn't market the 500 correctly. I had a 500 Sport manual that I bought new. It is amazingly fun to drive, incredibly fuel efficient (37+ mpg at a minimum) and a ton of room when you fold the seats down. I went from a Porsche 911 turbo as my daily driver to the cinquecento (500 in Italian). The Fiat was more fun to drive basically because you could floor it everywhere and when I'd look at the speedometer I'd be going 52 mph! In the Porsche I'd be going 130. I drove it multiple times over a thousand miles in a day. Seats were comfortable, sat radio, and Beats sound system rocked. I sold it and bought an i3. Never had a problem with the Fiat. Inexpensive to maintain and the Fiat dealer was great for service. Fun to drive, utilitarian, and great gas mileage. I wish I still had it. If I had a giant garage, I would have kept it.
