I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

I went to this dealership in hopes to make a quick purchase of a Honda Accord due to having to go to work in just a few hours. Upon parking and exiting my personal vehicle I was professionally and respectfully met by salesman Jose and Kam who is being trained. Jose explained to me in detail and answered all my questions of the Accord I ended up purchasing after a brief test drive. Jose went the distance in helping me get done in a timely manner to get to work on time. For me purchasing a vehicle is very stressful but Jose and Kam made me feel right at home. I owned a 2020 Corolla Hatchback 6 Speed Manual for 18 months and it was one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. It is easily one of the best looking Corollas ever made and one of the best looking affordable cars on the market today. You can’t go wrong with this car in terms of reliability, comfort, or affordability; it’s a Toyota it will last longer than expected every time. While the interior is definitely simple it comes with the territory of a small affordable car. I can’t speak for the automatic, but the manual was smooth and honestly made the car fun to drive. I would highly recommend this car and I am sad that they discontinued the manual for the 2.0l FWD hatchback. I would buy a new one tomorrow if it were still available. The only reason I sold mine is because at the time I was able to make a profit. Currently on the hunt for a used manual model.

Thank you. Even though I just went in for a normal oil change/tire rotation and wasn?t expecting a very costly repair that was needed on my vehicle, my service advisor was very competent and provided me with a loaner car until the repair was completed.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.
