I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

2011 model at 155k miles, still drives like new. Getting average 49 mpg during warm months and 47 mpg during cold months. Never had any electrical or mechanical issues. Everything is still OEM parts including both traction and 12V batteries. Front brake pads still have about 1/2 of the original thickness. Synthetic oil every 10k miles and just following the regular recommended maintenance items like engine air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine coolant and converter coolant. Soon will get a new set of tires for the 3rd time.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

This car is very economical. Great gas mileage and very easy to maintain. Be certain to change the oil and filter. Rotate tires and check the brakes every 10K miles. Realize what this car is all about - it is not a high performance car but for transportation inexpensive cost per mile it is SUPER.

Very impressed so far. Traded in a 2014 Audi S8 and the 4 years of improvements are noticeable. It has very good performance for a stock vehicle (nothing has enough), so down the road I will most likely talk to APR for a tune.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Amazing mileage, you'll forget the last time you filled up, and, you'll be amazed how cheap it is to "fill up". Not the most comfortable ride. Handles great. Lots of accelration power. The V model with Technology Pkg is amazing. Radar cruise, parks itself. Loaded with goodies.

We needed to replace a mid size SUV after the sudden failure of our 2011 GMC Acadia. We knew what we were looking for. Our sales person, Ray Schuenemann, was great. We had a ton of questions, and if he did not know the answer, he got the answer. He took the time with us...no rush and no pressure. He has been in the business for many years, and in fact, we had met him about 10 yrs ago at another dealership (did not buy then, but he was likewise good to deal with at that time.) He has owned and operated dealerships over his career. He is not a high pressure guy like we have run into at other dealerships. If you go to this Kia dealership in Mechanicsburg, ask for Ray Schuememann. We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento...just what we were looking for and what we needed. It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23
