I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

This will be my 3rd lease through Castrucci Honda. Every time I come in they immediately greet me like family, and make sure I get the best service possible. I whole heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to feel valued, and you aren't just here to spend money.

I returned almost two months following service they provided, because of an issue with the service. Everyone was kind and helpful and I was even introduced to Mr. Castrucci, who made certain I was taken care of quick and comfortably. A communication error occurred, and Mr. Castrucci stood behind his commitment to my satisfaction. They graciously and generously went above what I expected and without my asking. I have had great service on several previous occasions and was always nicely treated. I would not hesitate to return again.

I bought my 2007 Accent new. Its had almost no problems. Has almost all original components as of 2/21. U have needed to replace all of the coil packs. One went out at only 30k miles, but was under warranty. I just change the fluids and the timing belt every so often and go! I doubt anyone makes a more reliable car than my 2007 Accent.

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

Definitely worth the trip to Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati. We were looking for a specific color and specs for our next vehicle and we found one online. We called and spoke with Ty and decided to drive from North Dayton to Cincy to see it. Ty took great care of us from the test drive to purchase. My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! Great car overall, only 41, 767 Miles!

This car is very economical. Great gas mileage and very easy to maintain. Be certain to change the oil and filter. Rotate tires and check the brakes every 10K miles. Realize what this car is all about - it is not a high performance car but for transportation inexpensive cost per mile it is SUPER.

I bought a certified used 2015 Cadillac and worked with Brandon Oxier, what a delightful young man to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the offer for my trade in and the whole process was pretty much no-stress. The car I purchased was priced on-point and competitive with all the research I did. Given that this car is 10 years newer than my previous car, there is a lot of new technology to learn. I bought my Black 2008 Saturn Astra XR about a year and a half ago.... With 74,000 miles!.. I threw some 18 staggered wheels....With that being said... Since then I've gone down hill financially... And as a result... I haven't been able to keep up the maintenance... And even though I've driven it over 20,000 miles WITHOUT a tune up... NEVER A PROBLEM! Although it's not running it's best... Not the car's fault... LOVE the performance (Although it could use more power) I LOVE MY SATURN XR

Had car 8 yrs only trouble I had was upper o2 snsir went out. Still runs like a kitten.Great sound system, easy steering wheel control. Drive it from Louisiana to North Carolina once a year great gas mileage.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

My fist ever Subaru purchase was a 2025 Impreza RS. The experience here with Connor and Mike and team could not have been a more enjoyable experience. Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?
