I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there. Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Have owned 2 Mazda 3 sedans. Purchased my 2014 brand new. It is hands down the best car for the money I have ever owned and I'm 66 years old. Will buy a Mazda anytime!

I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. The car is amazing, a step up in quality over the German made 2015 car I was driving: more power, better mpg, better fits, the best modern tech, and all the comforts.

The only issue that I have is that they wouldn’t drop the price of the vehicle to what was shown on the internet. I was told that they have no control over what a third party pricing. Otherwise they were courteous and responded to my inquirie quickly.

This car is very sporty and is really fun to drive. It has a manual transmission which is getting harder to find now days. Fits both my husband and I. Enough leg and headroom for taller people but still is very comfortable for someone shorter. Has all the new technology and interior is well organized. Easy to find all the controls.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. I bought a Mazda Carbon Edition S 2.5 sedan and I love it! It handles so very well and takes the turns well. The color is the bluish gray. The stylist design of the car body is awesome. I enjoy driving a sedan once again instead of a SUV. The car is most comfortable to sit in. The dealership where I purchased it was wonderful to deal with as were the salesmen and the manager, Sam, who I met. My Carbon Edition is just awesome to drive. The interior is a burgundy color and the appointments in it are very stylish. I am still learning how to use all instruments on the dash, but I haven’t spent as much time doing so as I should have. My salesman,Luke , has offered to help with this if I want him to. I thoroughly recommend a Mazda to everyone, maybe a sedan is not what you want, you might want another model. I have had two SUVs and I wanted a change when I purchased a new car. Buy a Mazda.
