I have been a customer to this dealership since 2010. My most recent service was great. Chris explained in detail what was going on with my car. Only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 - the coffee wasn’t the best.

Great service, explained everything, totally kind and informative. Stuck to the outlined schedule perfectly. Gwen is wonderful to work with. She really knows her job as well as the car(van), itself.

We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. Mike in Service is the best he has met all me needs at a reasonable price and was able to get me in and out efficiently.

I have been Audi customer since last 12 years but since my last service in Sept- Oct 2023 the Audi started to ask for Engine oil every 1000 miles. The Service advisor suggested to top up the oil or issue might be with the Engine. We had to say goodbye to Audi and move to another brand. It was a good run with the Audi and wished it could have worked few more years without any issues. Hope to come back to Audi in the future.
