I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

In for yearly check-up and oil change: inspection explanation, service completed, service techs all excellent

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

I, and my wife bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze LS Sedan in February 2018 brand new right off the back of the delivery truck. We simply take very good care of "PIP" as we call him, and he has and does take very good care of us. The key is keep up with all of the maintance before it is needed! The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

We had a fantastic experience with Dreyer & Reinbold Mini in July 2025! The car is terrific - obviously. But we were also extremely pleased with the people. Presley Stewart did a fantastic job taking care of us as EV newbies and answering all our questions. And when there was additional follow-up paperwork, Todd Bourff went above and beyond to get the tedious work finished. We're very satisfied! Oh, they also graciously offered me a very face-saving value for my trade-in, which probably was only worth the gas in its tank.
