The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Follow up to review. (UPDATE) I was contacted by the used car manager Joe about my issue which was the tire sensor. He informed me that they definitely will not be sending me to a Ford dealership to fixed the sensor. He said they would do it there even if they had to send it out( they would definitely pay for it) so I was told to bring my car on 11/16 to fix the issue. I was then referred to Steve. Steve handle the situation with grace. I would say I was there maybe about a hour or so . It really didn’t seem long. Steve came to get me to let me know everything was finished. Now what I didn’t notice was they even threw in a complimentary car wash! So job well done and Joe called me after to make sure I was good. Thank you both for taking care of the issue. Tire sensor issue solved!

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. I had written a review that was not so kind and after working with Carlos I am posting this new review because when I posted the first Review I received a phone call within minutes of the review I posted it was the owner Carlos to my surprise he responded right away and called me he asked me to explain the situation which I did that right there told me that he cares about his customers and his business I explained everything and Carlos intern explain things to me and I went back the next day and Carlos worked everything out to make sure that I was a happy customer in these days in time it is difficult to find that type of service he showed me that he cared and he wanted me to have the vehicle of my choice and make sure I was happy Carlos took the time to explain everything more than one time! He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! If you go somewhere to purchase a vehicle I would suggest that you stop here first because he will definitely get the Customer Service that you’re looking for thank you Carlos for your time and thank you to your team for being quick and efficient. Drive safely everyone in your new vehicle from this dealership! By the way I did buy the vehicle and it was so clean and well taken care of as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted it!

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

Purchased a low mileage Tiguan from VW SC. The staff was great. I hate spending hours in a dealership completing a car purchase. I called ahead about the vehicle I was interested in, spoke with Tara who coordinated with Joe in finance and we were able to work out a deal remotely. Tara was always available via text and phone. Joe kept me informed every step of the way. When I arrived the Tiguan was ready for purchase and condition was just as advertised. I was on my way home in less than an hour. I leased this car initially after having leased a GT Coupe for 3 years and needed a larger car for expanding family. I recently bought it out of the lease because I truly can’t imagine a better car in its class. It’s exhilarating to drive even in my 4th year of ownership. It looks imposing but not flashy, it sounds excellent (though admittedly the coupe sounded more muscle car like which I loved), is extremely fast and capable yet also very comfortable when you want to relax. Loaded with technology, large trunk that can easily fit two international check in luggage, massaging seats, great bolstering/support. Plus all wheel drive so car be a great all season car if you live somewhere with rain/snow, just make sure you swap the tires for winter ones as the Michelin pilot sport cup 2s are slippery in those conditions. If you’re looking for something that does it all and has supercar performance, this is a tremendous (in my view, best) option. I own a land rover defender 90 first edition, Ram 1500 limited, and Ferrari 599 gtb. This is my daily driver as it does everything the other three do (even faster than the Ferrari in fact) apart from hauling my bullmastiff, which I always use the ram for (though he used to ride in this GT when he was still a puppy). Anyways, don’t hesitate, this car is perfection.

Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

I wanted to share my experience at Frer Beans VW in Devon, Pa. I was exploring a certified preowned VW. with a sales consultant named Andrew S. I am reasearcher by nature..very detailed..Andrew was very attentive and listened carefully to my detailed questions His product knowledge was first rate and he was able to respond definitively and also clarified any issues that I had. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made it a very easy and comfortable experience. Athough I did not move forward with a purchase at this time , I will return to consider another VW car and would work with Andrew again.

Selden was good as always. This is the third vehicle that I bought from them... and will likely buy more if I can by the grace of God. Don't buy a used vehicle if you don't understand that it is a mechanical piece of equipment that has a tremendous number of moving parts and will have failures. (but really... I've had no issues with the BMWs I've bought from Selden.) Selden has always delivered a top notch, ready to drive vehicle that has been detailed so that it looks new. I think Scott has been in the business for a long time. The first car I bought from him was about 14 years ago when they were in Conshohocken... a 2008 BMW 328xi Sport Wagon. Then (of all things) an i3 REX which I've used as a daily driver for close to 4 years. And now an X5 with an N55b engine. Rich does a stand up job with financing and with getting you into a warranty that will keep your purchase running well. The warranty prices are fair and bring peace of mind on the purchase for only a small increase on the monthly payment. That said - Thank you Scott and Rich for making another purchase experience great! Keep up the good work - you have an excellent and desirable inventory at all times... and I keep an eye on it for my next BMW.

I’ve had this car for about 2 years now and put about 36,000 miles on it. At first I was a little taken aback by the exterior design but when I saw it in person I thought it didn’t look so bad and then it quickly grew on me. The dual tailgate system is a joke but the hatchback functionality is incredibly useful and provides a large trunk area that regularly comes in handy. As a consequence of its exterior design it is a heavy car and is not as fun around twisty roads as the smaller, lighter vehicles but it doesn’t really matter much when you put your foot down in Sport Mode and remember you’re driving a twin turbo V8. Probably the best part about this car is how fast it is, it’s very fast from the factory and you can do some basic modifications to make it way faster. Mine is full bolt on and tuned now and I feel a noticeable difference from stock. Everyone that gets in the car is blown away by how beautiful it is and then blown away by the power from under the hood, it’s the best of both worlds. As with all BMW’s reliability is a problem. This car and the updated N63TU engine seem pretty xxxx good but when something does inevitably break it’s very costly to repair. It’s best to avoid the dealership and do the repairs yourself if you can with any German luxury vehicle, especially BMW, and remember to keep up with general maintenance on time. Two things that I really dislike about this car are that it has no remote start feature (you can’t even do an aftermarket one) and it has no Apple CarPlay / Android Auto. I understand it’s from 2017 but it’s a 5 Series, a full blown BMW luxury vehicle missing what I would consider essential luxury features. Remote start at the very least was very prevalent in 2017. Overall owning this car has been a truly great experience and if you’re new to BMW you will absolutely fall in love quickly because after all it is a BMW and the driving experience is one unique to the brand that’s really hard to understand until you drive one.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time
