The maintenance and parts are pricey but they provided a good service. Most Hyuindai dealerships seem to charge the same, so I'll mainly rate them on service. They did exactly as I asked and didn't push me to get other things done. My only complain is that I got there at 3:00 PM and was promised to be out by 5:00 PM but I didn't get to leave until 6:14 PM just for an oil change.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

I really enjoyed this car ! It is well build and very dependable and fun to drive ! I have this for 3 years it has been a joy to own a Porsche. You can tell a big difference when compared to other cars in its class. This car stands tell and very bless to have such a car!

The driving is immaculate and very fun. I’m not a big car buff but this car made driving very enjoyable. The dashboard features were great and intuitive. The only weak part was the poor sound quality of the speakers.

Bought brand new in October, 2012 and have 110,500 miles on it. Other than tire rotations and oil and filter changes, practically a maintenance-free car. Only maintenance has been replacing the starter battery (less than $300) after nine years and I have replaced either the front or rear shocks, can’t remember which. Brakes have never been touched and are still 50% and 60% good. Yeah, I get the new car itch occasionally but I remind myself that I likely wouldn’t be as fortunate with the next vehicle. Since I purchased it, I have averaged 43.3 mpg. Phenomenal given that I live in Los Angeles. Since I retired five years ago, each July I drive from CA to MI, and have driven as many as 1,200 miles a day (17 1/2 hours in the road) and found the seats to be very comfortable.

All work required to make my vehicle repairs and checks complete and correct we’re performed to my total satisfaction while I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area as work was supervised under the outstanding guidance of Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. As a regular customer at the service department I always ask for the consistently courteous and flawless management of my vehicle requests by Oscar Galatia. Under Oscar’s guidance from his earliest work with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston to date, I never have had to return to him with a complaint that the work had been done poorly, with mistakes made, or required work not having been done at all. Yes, good work by mechanics have made that possible, but only under the tight, intelligent, direction and inspection of Galatia. He also has a pleasing and satisfying way of dealing with all of his customers whom I have observed close up when I have regularly waited with other customers to have their vehicles worked on and returned. Because of Oscar and the work results he has managed and produced, I have frequently recommended Autobarn and it’s excellent service work and Service Advisor management to others who need a place recommended for consistently good prices, management, and charges. I suggest that management do whatever it can to retain the services of its multi-talented and perceptive Service Advisor Oscar Galatia. He is well trained, experienced, intelligent, and dedicated as I have seen first hand when he has worked with me. My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

The assigned sales associate to us (Carlos) is very accommodating and helpful. He helped us in every step of the process to make everything seamless as possible.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

Tony Holmes was great to work with. He had the car we were interested in ready for us when we arrived. He answered all our questions and was patient. We didn’t feel pressured which was a nice change. After test driving a couple other used cars we were interested in we returned to Tony and he worked with us to get a pice we could afford. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and this dealership. Would definitely shop here again in the future.

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

This is a great car! I love the features, esp the sport function, which gives you a boost if you need to jump on it. Obviously, some people don't use this feature or don't know what it does. When getting on the freeway, I always use it, then simply turn it off when necessary. I usually get about 34-36 mpg on long trips and around town about 28-32mpg. The one and only complaint I have is that it is too low to the ground and sometimes it's very difficult to get in. If I move the driver's seat back, it makes it easier. I am the original owner of a 2017. The other features i like are the backup camera, electric side view mirrors, speak feature to make calls, the interior is gorgeous, the hatchback. I just really love this car. I have never had a problem with it. If you're looking for a reliable car, this is it!
