I worked with sales Representative Jairo at Berman Nissan of Chicago, looking for a safe car to drive more than 40 miles a day 6 days a week for work. We looked at several options and I was able to test drive all of the models I was interested in. I was able to look at all of the CarFax reports on vehicle history to have transparency on each of the vehicles I was interested in. I was able to find a great car thanks to Jairo, and my hats off to him for making it an easy and informative process in my car buying, even though he was new to the company. It was nice of him to share personal details to make the interaction more enjoyable and humanely! I appreciate this location’s flexibility on car showings, I had to come back 3 separate days to finish looking through cars between a busy work schedule. The front desk rep mad scheduling appointments easy and was able to help change my appointments several times with schedule conflicts. Everyone was friendly, willing to help and smiling. I would recommend this location not for the car deals but for the personal care they gave me and helped answer all my questions and concerns with financing, maintenance, and service benefits!!

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

Very accommodating to out-of-town buyers, except pay-in-full is required to hold a vehicle. Need more flexibility on this, like allowing sizable deposit with time limits

THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. I have always driven large cars and trucks. This car has been so much fun for what it is. It is the most comfortable economy car I have ever driven. I am nervous about the cvt. I had the dealer (against their recommendation) flush the fluid and filter at 45K. We’re at 90k now so I’m going to have it done again. Considering it’s an economy car, it’s very good in every aspect except the 0-5mph acceleration. It just doesn’t want to get moving—but you get used to it, and it’s fine once it gets rolling. Fingers crossed that its reliability continues beyond 100k.

The staff has always been helpful, courteous and willing to help. I have had my experiences with other places over the years and I am very picky. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

There is no arm rest in the middle. I love the car. It gets me from point A to point B. I recommend this car.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Never did get a final bottom line number that I asked for in the beginning.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

Although I ultimately did not buy a car from this dealership, I was thankful for their assistance during my shopping process. My sales associate, Griffin, was extremely helpful - patiently answering my questions and providing me with information that I was looking for. Hopefully we'll be able to cross paths again sometime!
