This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I made an appointment with a very pleasant person named Courtney. We came in and met with Ryan Santos. He was very professional and friendly. He showed us the new Accord we were interested in and we took it for a test drive. The negotiation was painless and we bought the car and drove home that day. Stopped by mid to late afternoon ! Me and my Husband are looking to downsize , I currently drive a 2017 Ford Expedition ! (love it still but don’t need size anymore kids all grown up) We parked walked over to the Toyota . Minute or less Mack walked up to us , offered us coffee and water ! Then said feel free to walk around , also offered to grab us keys or lets us do our thing until we need him ! Just honestly such a nice experience with him and the cleanliness of the store ! Asked him for the keys ! I test drove the Toyota Highlander ! Test drive went great ! Asked Mack about 50 Questions and answered them all explaining where needed ! My new store !!!! The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Very happy with my used car I bought there. Recently brought it in for an oil change and spoke with my salesperson Tyler and Used car Mgr Dan(?) about an issue. The were very responsive and took immediate action to correct the issue at no cost to me. Very much appreciated. A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

My hubby and I both purchased our used vehicles here within the last two years. Bill and Ron were both so friendly and HELPFUL, straightforward and informative. We did our part and looked over the vehicles inside and out, studied the provided Carfax reports, took them for long test drives, and researched them online before purchasing. Any questions or issues were explained and addressed with no problems. Bill went above and beyond to see that we were completely satisfied. Financing was very easy with our fair down payments and good to very good credit scores. We also had a mechanic look over both vehicles first, understanding that these vehicles are on the older side and are high mileage. Seems fair to realize that no one, not even an excellent mechanic, can anticipate what may happen (mechanically) after purchase. There was a basic 90 day warranty provided at no cost. And vehicles are (newly or recently) inspected before sale. To avoid any misconceptions, we read over the purchase agreement(s) thoroughly, and asked questions. Know and understand everything before signing! Finally, I'd like to say that we dealt fairly with them and they treated us wonderfully! I would definitely buy vehicles there again. P S. Already looking at one for my son who is in the market!

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.

We purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu in February 2025. Our sales rep was Izzo Ramos. He took great care of us right from the start! I want to start up by saying, I am not a "car person". I do know, is a 5'2 female, this car feels like it was made for me. It gets amazing gas mileage, and you can park in a sidewalk square if needed. Yes, it does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it at all, but it does have the Android auto / Apple Auto feature which I love, at the same time as having roll up Windows. It is perfect for in town and highway driving. I drove it all the way to Georgia from Illinois with no problem. And my 6'5 son fits comfortably in the passenger seat as well, as well as plenty of room in the backseat and trunk for groceries or luggage.

He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Was driving in the area yesterday in the afternoon , hit a massive pothole and was stuck with a blown tire. I am not from the area and had never visited the dealer. The people in the service department could have not been nicer! They helped reach a tow company, got my vehicle into the shop , replaced my flat and back on the road within an hour! A+++ service . Could not be happier and will return for service when back in the area.

It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

They went out of their way to help us with the transaction. They weren't pushy, didn't belittle us, and they went above and beyond. Here's why this is significant. We bought our car from Balise in Rhode Island. But we live in Wisconsin. Adams and Fabian helped us to arrange shipping, they made sure our new vehicle was handled with tremendous care and they checked in constantly to make sure that delivery was on track and proceeding smoothly. We invested a significant amount of trust in them. What if our car arrived and it wasn't as advertised? What if it was damaged along the way? Adams and Fabian were heads and shoulders above the rest of the dealerships we spoke to. This isn't empty praise. We were speaking to other dealerships in Milwaukee, Stevens Point, St. Louis, Chicago, Delaware, and several other places. The dealership in St. Louis tried to trick us into a vehicle we didn't want. Other dealerships in Milwaukee were dismissive. A few of the dealers in Chicago told us they had the exact car we wanted but then it was mysteriously sold before we could reserve it. Adams and Fabian are extraordinary. If we decide to get another VW, we're inclined to work with Balise, and we will absolutely reach out to Adams and Fabian in the future. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I had my Audi vehicle towed to the facility with a transmission issue. From intake to diagnosis and repair, the staff, at all levels, performed in a professional and personable manner. Their communications throughout the process were timely and thorough. The Audi Warwick service team sets a high standard for all auto repair organizations to emulate.
