The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

My care was at your dealership for about 10 days due to a water issue. The person who handled my concern was Keith Pereira. Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had. I had a very tough 10 days for personal reasons but Keith was outstanding during that time. He really is an asset to your company

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Its been more reliable than anything I’ve owned so far . Not very comfortable at times ! the steering wheels a little cold in the winter but its not the luxury model . The manual transmisions smooth shifting is perfect 5 speed to get you down the road!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

I found a vehicle online that the store showed in inventory. I made an appointment and took a 2 hour ride to se the car. I was assisted by Mike, my salesperson. Although the car was as described and nicely presented, I decided it was not the right model for me. I purchased a 2022 VW Tiguan just the other day at Balise VW in West Warwick, RI. As always, my interactions with Wade Murray and the staff at this location were stellar. I have purchased no fewere than 8 Jettas from Balise over the years, and Wade Murray has been my go-to guy during all that time. I keep returning to Balise because of the service and the attention that I get when I go there, and because of the ease with which all my transactions have been conducted. I will always return to Balise as long as I'm still driving.

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

The service department at Warwick Audi is top notch. I have dealt with both Ron & Michael for service and I can’t compliment them enough. They are both knowledgeable and patient with me. Not to mention how you get a beautiful loaner, this makes having your car serviced so convenient!

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
