Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

This is the goofiest car I've ever owned. I'm a Ford guy and had a 5007 Grand Marquis before the IQ. I live in a crowded city and parking is such a hassle I thought I'd try a smaller car (didn't think it would be this small tho!) Well I gotta say after a few months of getting use to it (super agility, slow as a dog with a missing leg, and general interior differences from the big cat, I cannot see me ever wanting another car again. This thing is so much fun to drive, turns on a dime, has a good amount of space (even more if you've played tetris) and is really, really fun to drive. Toyota really designed this well. When your driving you don't feel like your in a small car. It's kinda sparce compared to the Merc, but it's got all you need, power options, not bad stereo, AC etc. If you can find one, get it! I'm quite sure you will like it.

I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

They had exactly what I was looking for and the sales person was the most knowledgeable person we talked to after a day of car shopping. He knew the answer to all our questions and was very considerate and respectful. We arrived when another customer was already there. He came and let us know that he was going to finish with the other customers and then he would be right with us. When the other customers took a little while he came back to check on us and offered us water. He was considerate of the customer who he had been working with as well as us. That means a lot in business! He showed us all the cars we wanted to see and let us drive the one I picked. He was very clear and upfront about what had already been taken care of and what was as is. I got a 2013 Abarth as my first car at 18 years old. I drove it for 8 years until it was finally killed by a deer with over 223,000 miles on it and it was still going strong. It was always reliable and so much fun to drive. I drove it like any 18 year old kid would and it had no complaints. It made long commutes tolerable. It is also shockingly good in the snow. I only ever did routine maintenance to it and that’s all it needed. There were couple small things that started to go bad on it, such as the passenger window regulator, but nothing major ever broke. I would highly recommend this car to anyone who’s considering getting one. I would happily buy another one.

I could tell when dealing with him that he was genuine and honest, and I had no problems placing my faith in what he was telling me about their stock. When I showed interest in a vehicle, he suggested I take it for a spin which I did. When I got back he was busy with another customer and Angel took over for him in assisting me with my questions. Angel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as welll, encouraging me to take other test drives. He was more than obliging desiring me to be happy and satisfied with my purchase, and he was willing to go the extra mile to make it so. For me, looking at cars has always been a high anxiety event but these two men made it a breeze! I was shocked at how relaxed and smooth the whole process was at this lot. The next time I’m in the market for a vehicle Lone Star auto will be the first stop on my list!

Only problem is check engine light which is said to be due to gas cap. I ordered new gas cap and will see if resolves problem. Otherwise have 60-day limited warranty from dealer.

I have had my 2013 Hyundai Accent since it was new. I change my oil regularly and I've had to get new tires once. It has only 168,000 miles but I drive it daily. Never any issues The only problem I have with it is some rust on the paint from living in the Florida heat. I absolutely love this car. It is my third Hyundai Accent and never had any issues with any of them.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I didn't buy the Buick but I did purchase the 2009 Infinity G37. So far so good!! My husband and I love the car. We actually fight over it!! It was a good buy. This is the 2nd car I've bought thru Lone Star Auto and I'm really happy with my decisions... nice and friendly staff. There was lots of inventory to choose from. We test drove the infinity noticed a lil wobble and pointed out a tire splitting... mentioned it to the sales guy, Lundy, he had it fixed in matter of minutes with a new tire and we test drove it again and no wobble!! We did test drive an older Acura and we actually loved it too... we decided on the infinity and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Delores and Lundy we were on the road and out of there in no time. It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

I had an exhaust pipe and muffler replaced. A few days later I noticed a loud rattle noise. Technician found a bolt on the mounting bracket that was not tightened all the way. Cost me $35 in uber charges in total, back home and to pickup, as I had to to leave the car overnight

i made a 400 mile trip to Los Angeles to buy my first Fiat 500 in 2012 before we could get then here is San Francisco...i didnt know then it would be the start of a long love affair with the cars as i ended up buying at total of 17- proof on file right here next to my desk...its nice to make a 400 mile trip on one 10 gallon tank of gas- especially these days where some of us are seeing six to seven dollar gas in california...i can only think of one issue with one of the 17- a piece weakened in the stick shift linkage on Monday and by Tuesday the Fiat dealer had the part and installed it in an hour while i baby sat the greyhound in the waiting room...last year i bought my first used one- red- for cheap at carmax with really low miles on it...so far the only thing was a jammed cd in the radio- carmax replaced the unit so now i can play my favorite inner city gospel music to local teen who hang out in front of the supermarket after school...i would ask Stellantis/FCA to bring the new fiat 500 they are selling in europe right back here to the US where it is needed and belongs...end of discussion...Bishop Tom- host of the Bishop Tom radio show....
