I like the overall experience & effort put into my car, only complaint I have is how long the wait is. Luckily I don?t have anywhere to go when I schedule but 2-3 hour wait for an oil change and service is a bit much.

Have owned 2 Mazda 3 sedans. Purchased my 2014 brand new. It is hands down the best car for the money I have ever owned and I'm 66 years old. Will buy a Mazda anytime!

I purchased a 2022 Mazda 3 Select from Cochran Mazda in Wexford, PA. The sales lead Ben Schuster was awesome to deal with and really knew the product. The car is amazing, a step up in quality over the German made 2015 car I was driving: more power, better mpg, better fits, the best modern tech, and all the comforts.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Most reliable car in my 37 years of driving! NO problems. Biggest negative are brakes grabbing at parking lot speeds. Biggest positive 39 mpg average. I had software upgraded and replaced USB module from Walmart for Android auto and Apple carplay

Found our car at a local Toyota dealership. Great service. Was looking for Low mileage and a newer car. Great gas mileage also. Paid car off, but didn't get any deal for doing that was hoping to get free oil changes like my son did.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. I bought my golf new at the end of 2016 and would have kept it much longer if it had not been totaled in an accident. The few little issues I had were covered under the initial warranty (coolant leak, trunk leak). Nothing else other than normal maintenance things like brakes and tires up to 81,000 - that's as far as I can speak to. I took good care of it, did the VW service things for the most part and I have no doubt it would have lasted to 200K or beyond. It looked cool and was fun to drive. I had the S manual. I enjoy driving and had a tiny regret about not getting the Wolfsburg edition (faster engine, slightly better options like heated seats and sun/moon roof).

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The car has a lot more pep than I though it would. Even though it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it has a lot more than I'm accustomed to! I like the amount of cargo space the car has, and the different configurations available to take advantage of that space. It rides smooth. It's comfortable. It's nice car; a real nice car!

One of the best daily drivers for the money in my opinion. VW got the 2.0 TSI engine down pat for this generation, very reliable and tunable. The interior is quite comfortable, even the backseat. I’m 6’ 1” and can sit behind myself decently, the same can’t be said about many SUVs and sedans.

I had a great experience with Michael Winck as my Service Advisor at Hyundai. He was easily accessible and very responsive. When I encountered an issue with my car on Sunday I tested Michael and he promptly contacted me first thing on Monday to set up an appointment. Michael not only helped me schedule the appointment quickly but also guided me through determining the next steps as I was facing a crisis. Bought it based on father's review of his happy to say I'm glad I went with it great vehicle with great fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room as I'm very tall and came with great options.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

My service advisor had such a great attitude with welcoming me in and smiling as he assured he would make sure my experience was going to be great. And it was thx to him. It was refreshing to have a service employee appear to love his job, or he pretending really well. Either way it was appreciated. A great attitude goes a long way!

I am happy with my Ioniq hybrid. The best thing has been the gas mileage; I get between 40-55 mpg. Definitely enjoying fewer stops at the gas station. When driving, it’s not super speedy off the line, but that is to be expected as I use “eco” mode and not the optional sport mode. I also like the safety features like collision warning, lane assist, and blind spot detection. They make me feel a little better when out on the freeway, like I have another set of eyes. Also 5 star crash safety ratings. I like the style and the hatchback for storage.

My wife and I came in to essentially browse and compare vehicles on Saturday 08/16. We ended up speaking with John Cummings, who was extremely friendly, concise, to the point, and not pushy at all. He also was very honest and transparent during the entire ordeal. Having worked in a car dealer as a master tech for a good portion of my career, I typically am pretty good at picking up on red flags from shoddy salesmen, and I did not get any indication what so ever that John had any of those qualities. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade, which we really liked. I was up front with John on my financing expectations, and also requested that we get the vehicle on a lift for a visual inspection. There was a slight miscommunication between John and management, and they were not able to accommodate my request. What they did offer is the fact that Hiley, and themselves fully believed in their products they were selling, and that they knew for a fact there was nothing majorly wrong with the vehicle. Both Rusty the used car director, and the finance manager Lori gave me verbal confirmation that we could back out of the deal, post down payment, if I got it to my shop on Monday and found something catastrophic. I'm happy to report the vehicle was exactly as they advertised and promised. Next we dealt with Lori, the finance manager for all of the closing paperwork. She was very friendly and a straight shooter as well. She also was not overly pushy with any of the extended warranty plans or any other areas for upselling, as per usual in the finance department. Overall, we had a VERY pleasant experience between dealing with John and Lori. We did have one minor hiccup, which as of 08/18 I am waiting to see if John can possibly do anything for us, the spare key fob does not work with the vehicle, even though it has a new battery. I will revise this review once that issue is fully addressed and/or resolved. If you're looking for an honest salesman that won't lie to make a buck, or push a bunch of up selling onto you, ask for John Cummings.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

There is no arm rest in the middle. I love the car. It gets me from point A to point B. I recommend this car.
