I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I brought my 2020 Telluride in for recall work. The experience was excellent, from booking the appointment, to picking the car up. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and the drop box was easy to use. The service department called me mid-morning to let me know they had the car in and when I could pick it up. When I got there, the car was ready, they had also done the inspection, which I had forgot was due, AND they had washed the car. Everyone I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Kia of Middletown!

It was pure coincidence that while being in NY/CT/NJ for a month that I happened across Acura of Ramsey and a car I was interested in. After exchanging some pleasantries, I then asked to speak with the amiable General Sales Manager Justin Agamie. Justin promptly called me and we set up an appointment to meet the following Monday. A handshake and one hour later…BAM…I bought the car I was interested in. Yes, it’s that easy when dealing with professional, proficient and personable people like this!

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

Luis Quiero was very attentive and was not aggressive. He was genuinely interested in knowing about our needs for a new vehicle. He was very respectful and accommodating. The sales manager, Jayson, and the finance manager who handled our purchase were equally respectful and accommodating. Not only were they professional, but they continue in the Paragon Honda's tradition of treating every customer like family. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. They were also impressed with the level of service, attention, and care that they received. Paragon Honda gained a new customer in them.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.
