All good and the interior cargo capacity is great. The big issue is that the seatbelts get stuck at any given point, locking the passenger into position and not allowing you to readjust the belt. You have to release the belt lock and rewind it or it won’t let you move. This seems incredibly dangerous. Why hasn’t the model (Fit 2013) been recalled for this issue?

This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

This dealership was amazing to work with on leasing my Crosstrek. Alexis was my sales person and she was incredible! She remembered little details from our first contact (a suitcase fitting in trunk) and never forgot my preferences and bottom line budget number. The entire staffed worked with me to get my deal down to what I could afford. Even though it was the end of the month and a holiday weekend, I never felt like a number to them. The finance professional, Greg, took the time to make sure I understood all details of the contract, did not try to upsale me on things I wouldn’t need and answered ALL my questions without talking down to me or making me feel stupid for not knowing on my own. As a single woman shopping for a car on my own, trust is important to me and respect. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or was not getting the attention I deserved. The follow-up AFTER the deal was done was also incredible. I received welcome emails and calls, I was offered a free service call just to go over all the features of the vehicle, I was treated to a free car wash when my new tags came in and they were placed on the car for me as well! I was able to personally communicate with the general manager, Michael, when a piece of scam mail came to me looking like official Subaru program and was guided by him on how to handle. I purchased my 2015 Ford fiesta SE about a month ago with 30,000 miles on it. It is a 5 speed manual transmission and have done some light maintenance to it like changed the oil, wiper blades and new tires. I purchased this car to use for commuting to and from work and everyday use. I was able to take it out on the open road over the weekend and was very surprised how well it performed going up steep hills and on the highway. It kept it's power up hills and I was easily able to maintain a 75 mph. Great on gas, fun to drive the only con that I have experienced this far is the limited back seat space. Overall a great little economical car for the price.

I recently purchased a car the other day from Hampstead Pre-owned and have to say how easy the process was. My salesperson (Nemo)made it a no pressure experience. I told him what I was interested in, and he prepped the car for a test drive. When done I was asked if this was good or is there was something else I wanted to look out. He never tried to talk the car up or sway me in any way. When I decided to buy he finished up on his part and was passed off to finance, general manager and owner. Everyone involved (and employees not involved) were very accommodating and friendly. I'd buy again from them.

This car feels very neutral and smooth in corners at any speed. Sometimes, it feels like it's too easy to go too fast in this because the grip is so confidence-inspiring. I have the non-turbocharged model, which has plenty of giddy up to it. I'm not sure if I regret choosing it over a turbocharged variant but there's plenty of power for my needs. The gearing is pretty tall and you need to plant your foot to let it rev out and find the right gear, but doing so is rewarded with a very responsive and surprisingly smooth engine for being a 4 cylinder. I was feathery on the gas at first, so it was underwhelming but I adjusted to the inputs. The car feels plenty sporty and the grip makes cornering feel amazing. The rear suspension is torsion beam and you will notice it on very poor roads, but everyday driving on decent roads feels super refined, quiet and grip is not affected by this suspension arrangement. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm 6'3" and fit pretty comfortably in the car even with the sunroof right above me. I've been in cars with more front legroom and have been less comfortable than I am in this car. Seat bolstering could be an issue for those with wider shoulders. I'm someone who loves a low driving position, so this car is a godsend in a world of soulless, blobby SUVs. I think this is the best all-around compact car you can get.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I own a 2014 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec. This car worked great for me in college, I maintained the car regularly and never had any engine issues. The car carried everything I needed for groceries and provided a great amount of space in the hatchback for such a small car. The car is fun and has great acceleration. I own the manual version of this car and I have never had any issues with the gears slipping or thumping. The best part of this car is the unique 3 door design that started a lot of cool conversations in college with my friends. It's the best of both worlds allowing people to get in the back without folding the seat down and not compromising in weight or style of this zippy little sports coupe.

This car has met all my expectations. Great car. I have be more than pleased with the great and dependable car. There is no better car.

I purchased 2021 Kia forte for my son. I enjoyed the process and received good customer sale experience.

Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!
