The Honda Civic Type R has always been my dream car, and owning it is truly a childhood dream come true. It’s been phenomenal an absolute blast to drive! As my first manual car, it was surprisingly easy to learn on and incredibly forgiving, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I worked with Edon Bajrami (sales) and Chad in the finance department. I wanted a very quick low contact deal. They were perfect. Paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership and I was out the door with a new car ASAP. I could not have asked for more.

It's a reliable and fantastic little car. Parts are cheap and easy to find. I bought mine with 106,000 miles and I'm on 121,000 with no problems other than basic maintenance ie brakes, headlamps. It's surprisingly zippy, being small with great handling. And the gas, oh the sweet gas. Its a saver for sure!

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

This my second Toyota Corolla hatchback se. Best car in gas mileage and reliable and safety features love for myself and for my kids. We are all in Toyota!!

drives like a sporty spaceship.. feels like levitating on the road. super tight steering, classic bmw feel - sticks to the road, nice turbo feel. if you have the M Sport package, great sporty appearance

Because of our trust in Lorenzo, when it came time to buy a car 10 years ago, it was on his advice that we chose the type of car we were seeking. Once we knew what we wanted Filipo and Joe went out and found us exactly what we wanted as it wasn't on the lot at the time. I am happy to say that car is still on the road, being driven daily, and serving us well. I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

Acura of Brookfield's service department does a great job to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. As they work on your car they continue to update you until the work has been completed. While you are waiting they have snacks, coffee and other drinks hot and cold available. Their wating area is very nice.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Service was excellent and they treated us extremely well. From greeting us to the test drive to working out the paperwork and beyond. I have been to a few dealers in Chicago and Milwaukee recently, but this was the best by far. Never thought there could be that much difference in a car dealer, but here we are. Audi Northshore is topnotch.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

The sound system is amazing. I upgraded my old Mazda 3, 2015 to a 2023. The inside is much quieter. I love my heated seats. We've owned many Mazdas and have loved them all. The reliable little cars with great gas mileage.

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.

We recently leased a new 2020 MDX from Acura Brookfield. Keith Cohen was our sales person and we couldn't be more pleased and happy with how he handled things. We have dealt with Keith on our last 4 cars 3 leases and 1 purchase and keep going back to him because we feel he always has our best interest in mind and is continually working with us to get the best deal and to make sure it fits into our budget. I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

We have an MDX, bought at another dealership out of state. Brookfield Acura has always treated us great. Very little has gone wrong with our MDX, great product! We did have an extended service warranty. Gary flagged us with a possible problem, watched it for several months then recommended fixing the problem before it got severe and the warranty ran out. Best service and recommend them highly!!

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

I wanted to thank the Acura of Brookfield service department, namely Gary, for troubleshooting my 2001 Integra GSR. Yes, the car is getting long in the tooth and the parts hard to find. In response to a misfire code, my local car shop had started down the list. Because replacing the spark plugs and wires did not do the trick, they moved on to the distributor cap (another fail) and then the rest of the distributor as the next targets. Except they gave up on looking for the distributor after the one they ordered did not fit. I did hunt down an original dizzy for a good penny from Japan for them to install, yet the misfire code kept coming back. Next stop, the engine computer? Actually no, my next stop was where I should have gone to start with, Acura of Brookfield. Gary’s crew checked out the car, diagnosed those brand new spark plugs as not fitting the engine right, and had me on my way in a much zippier Integra without the misfire and with a fuel additive recommendation, for way less than replacing the perfectly good engine computer with all the reprogramming headaches would have cost me. Many thanks to you, Gary, I know what to do next time! (And my Scottie is looking forward to meeting Adam again.)

I have purchased a 2024 Acura Integra ASPEC Tech Package. I originally was going to get a base, but after researching every person who bought anything under the ASPEC Tech was disappointed. The price difference over the course of my loan was not enough to justify getting anything lower. Now here’s the thing, you have to come into this not expecting a top of the line Lexus for Acura money. You get what you pay for. This may not have every bell and whistle, but check back in 10 years and I bet this will still be on the road compared to the BMWs and Audis out there. I honestly love the interior, I searched through all brands throughout the last twenty years. I was looking for a vehicle under 40,000 that is reliable, good gas mileage, and unique. I didn’t want to drive an accord like everyone else. I wanted something that was sleek and aggressive. The Integra filed every box for me. I was driving a 1995 Honda del Sol. So everything is an upgrade for me! I think a lot of these folks are spoiled with new technology. I dont care for what the vehicle is “missing” like power folding mirrors and other things. I mean if it bothers you that bad get out and fold them in! I never used it when I had my last few vehicles. I enjoy the seats and the interior. It is quick! It’s not a hellcat challenger but it’s not trying to be that. Integra is one of the few vehicles I’ve seen that stay true to its heritage. It is an upgraded civic and it’s not ashamed of it. That is what Integra was and is. I think a lot of folks overhyped this cars for themselves. Then when they bought one they were disappointed. I am so continent with this vehicle and I love it. I don’t ever plan to sell it.

It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

I am very excited about my new Corolla! Al and his team did a remarkable job!!! Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

After a horrible experience at another nearby dealer, we had the opposite experience at Acura of Brookfield. Denver Bramel was our sales consultant. He was wonderful! Very patient and NO PRESSURE. At no time did some sales manager come and try to “talk us into” buying a car, nor play any games like other dealers do. We ended up purchasing our car here and are so glad we did.
