Bruce was great!
Bruce was great! Very attentive, responsive, honest and fair. The deal was pretty much made before I made the 1.5 hr ride to WRJ and no haggling was required. Being a late Saturday, they could not finish the deal and offered to drive the car to us. Any issues or concerns with the used vehicle we purchased was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. I've been buying cars for 65 years and my experience earlier this month was a first for getting a great deal and service at and from Granite. The great price and attention from their staff. The car was in great condition and passed my NYS inspection without a glitch or issue. I do most of the service on my cars and I found the car had new rotors and pads along with what looks to be a new muffler system. The car was neat and clean. And after 3 or 4 days after they had it shipped to me I received a extra keyfob that was in full working order, a item any other dealer would have tossed away. My trip up into New Hampshire was a great lesson in what quality service means.
