The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

I have been coming to this dealership for some time now, sometimes for scheduled visits, sometimes for surprise visits like this last week when my check engine light came on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in to find out we had a sensor go bad. The sensor was replaced and I was on the road in under 2hrs. So thankful they are there.

Sean walked through all of the repairs with a no pressure attitude focusing on the problem reported and some other important issues noted in the visual inspection. The service tech provided a video walkthrough of the issues and a visual inspection. Sean kept me up to date on the progress via text. The service was complete and delivered as expected.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.
